Love this App
It’s so easy and I always get a quick response. It’s the best way to check loads on other airlines and even includes the # of NR’s.
Good luck getting Delta loads
Delta staff travel load information is almost impossible to get. Seems like they benefit from everyone else providing loads but they don’t add any value to the staff travel community.
NEEDS ONE EASY FEATURE
Hi i love this app. But it needs batch delete. I will have 50 requests in a list as I’m trying to get a flight home and when I want to clear the list it’s a slow swipe per each row. It would be nice if you could batch delete flights. Otherwise great app. Has saved me many times.
Most Recent Update is Broken
The most recent update of this app is broken. When I submit negative numbers as the availability, it defaults to showing the negative sign whenever I enter number of non-revs which makes no sense. Also, I can no longer delete requests and keep the app open - every deleted request results in the “this is taking longer than usual” error message and the app can’t be used. I have to force close and reopen the app. Fix this and I’ll give a 5*!!
Not Very Useful
It’s not a useful App, as they charge money but not many responses even no response at all.Not recommended

Great non rev app that has always been good. They added more features and it’s even more useful. Unheard of nowadays.
Lost credits
Looked into flights and noticed my extra credits were gone and I had 5 that were given as a new account even though it showed I joined in 2019. I went back and forth with the help desk and got no resolution. Experience left me likely to not use again.
Love to know who the request is for
Second Request for this! I’m sick of Delta not answering! When I answer a request for a load from my airline I’d love to know which airline the person works for. That way if it was a Delta employee I could wait until the last possible second (or leave it unanswered) just like they do. They are simply the worst. This collaborative model is wonderful and I use it often. Any other airline I get a response back almost immediately. I don’t buy the “Delta gets such a large amount of requests that they don’t answer until the day before” garbage either. They are no bigger than the other legacy carriers. I sadly have to list for Delta sometimes and I grit my teeth knowing that my request may not even get answered.
Slow and time wasting
Very slow display, that if it doesn’t freeze or crash. Time wasting.
Great app for open seats but don’t trust the times
This app is great for seat availability on OALs but don’t use the times…. I’ve seen more flights lately that are the wrong times, wrong days and sometime those flights never existed.

Renewal delayed over 90 min poor support
Renewal took 90 min to activate. Chat was useless. Basically ignored. Very dissatisfied.
I can't copy tail numbers
App should let me highlight and copy tail numbers for flight tracking in other apps.
Absolute Godsend!!
This is the most reliable app I have encountered for any non-riving essentials. It is fast, up-to-date, and reliable.
False loads
Literally received loads for 2 different airlines showing +1 and +7. Less than 10 seconds later new loads were entered showing 0 and -1. The loads are unreliable 90% of the time. No action is ever taken by the app dev to block false load users. Waist of time and money
Great for loads, but…
since the update the app has become almost unbearably slow. Please fix this! Other than that absolutely outstanding for anyone looking to non-rev!
Not as active as it used to be.
Not the same app as it was in the recent last. I think the community has migrated to another app or other options. I have asked for loads a few times lately, less than 24 hours prior to departure. Awaiting response is the order of the day. Even today with a flight 8 hours from now on EK, still not response to two requests. I added a flyidbai request as well, I thought it might be a glitch, the lack of response. Nope, same “awaiting response, even a day later. I work ror FZ, so thought I would ask for loads on two dates, 4 flights both EK and FZ. Zero response still on the day of departure. I wrote to support to see if system was ok. They suggested I list the requests to my socials. I have chosen not to do that as I am not sure if I can recommend the app at present. In addition, the purpose of the app has been to request from Willing participants vs asking my colleagues who may be busy. I hope the lack of effectiveness is temporary on what was a good app.
Useful but…
I love the app, it’s useful, the community is huge. 2 remarks though -Having a “notifications center” would be nice to retrieve the comments made by user on different flights -The keyboard is soooo difficult to use on an iPhone 15PM. The keys are too small and not responsive at all. Why not enabling the iOS keyboard ? Thanks!!

Free trial is a Myth
I cancelled this within the free trial and they charged me anyway! Don’t waste your money. Plus their customer service doesn’t allow you to chat or complete the contact form so there isn’t a way to contact them.
Good tool
Helpful tool to verify flight loads. Most of the time the information given is precise and helps choosing the best travel option.
Not Free
As a platform it’s a great idea BUT before signing up I did some research and on Google it states it’s free. But be warned you’ll have to purchase credits to get the flight info. So it’s not “free” as they are being very loose with the term within their marketing.
App functional. Credits expensive
App is here help to know the availability of seats in a flight for staff members traveling using non-rev tickets. One thing true is that the app works very well, simple to use and understand. However one of the things I don’t like is when you spend a credit and some staff don’t provide precise information or just deny the most important one (waiting list). Considering that not everyone has access to AL information about loads, spending a credit (which costs enough to at least receive useful information), ALs staff should not be able to deny such type of useful information. And if so, then they should not earn any credit. The 3 stars is in order to get some enhancement that disables or discourage the possibility for staff to not provide full and precise information.

Great way to get loads for a lot of different airlines relatively quickly.
The update makes this harder to use
I really love using this app- it’s so helpful for OA travel. The recent update though makes it more difficult to update loads. Bugs too where typing doesn’t register the number correctly. Need to provide an update that fixes this.
Good resource
Great app, it works great on major airlines, it would be great from the app to encourage more Airlines employees to use it, so we can all benefit from it
Many airlines don’t respond
Unfortunately this app mostly work for the majority of North American airlines, I get responses within minutes, however airlines from Europe and Asia, they respond after a week or don’t respond at all which is frustrating. I just take my chances in flying standby with or without this app since I’m not getting anything.
Need to change credit system
It’s a bit frustrating the ‘first to push the button’ system. I like the ideas though, keep trying!

Crashing
Lately app freezes all the time - this is the only reason for my review. I have to close the app in between each flight request.

Thanks for creating this app. It would be great to see how engaged an airline is, as I really really on this app to plan my trips. Some airlines don’t really respond, so seeing how active they are it would great (e.g. typically responds within 10min).

Current version doesn’t allow to upload image for verification during registration process. “User no rights to do this action”. Please fix to ease registration process.

Pas mal
L’application est très utiles pour nous staff, par contre j’ai toujours le souci que lorsque quelqu’un commente un vol et que je tape sur la notification, l’application s’ouvre mais ne va pas sur le commentaire en question... vu que j’ai une 30 aines de vols actifs je ne trouve pas le commentaire... de plus il y a un truc qui me dérange: parfois sur certains vols on peut voir que plusieurs personnes on fait la demande pour le même vol, lorsqu’on renseigne les chiffres par contre on ne reçoit qu’un seul crédit... je pense qu’on devrait recevoir autant de crédit que de personnes qui demande le remplissage vu que eux ont payer chacun un crédit.
Can’t open the app
I purchased 10 credits but my credit still shows 0 credits, so I updated the app, and now I can’t even open the app! Please fix it!!

The credit system is poorly designed. I sit next to my phone and when I click to answer the request - it’s always being already answered. I don’t have a chance to respond to anyone and earn credit.
