No Southwest Airlines
Southwest used to appear in all my searches, but I can no longer find most Southwest flights if it requires a transfer, and none through DAL, if it is the transfer airport for the flight I need. I have to look up flights on the Southwest app, write down all flights and connecting flights for each leg of the flight, then check each leg separately, and piece together an itinerary.

What’s the point of paying a subscription if I could see the same info on another free platform. What I want to see is what I don’t know about the number of cons listed on the flight and I could make assessment if there are good chances of standby.
Transfer flights not showing
Just subscribed as the app was very useful but transfer flights are not shown anymore? What is going on?
Need to be able to search via airlines as well as airports
Usable Airlines - While it allows certain airlines to show up automatically based on airline privileges, it’s not always correct. Also I have 2 kids flying for 2 different airlines. It would be nice to for me to list which airlines I want to see vice only seeing the 5X airline’s which are not necessarily correct.

Don’t waste your time. Entered a sample request and it is no where to be found but token is long gone and when trying to answer nothing but error message .. a refund would be wonderful
Want to change my subscription
I want to change my subscription to monthly, not weekly, but there’s no way to update! I’m getting charged $1.99/week and need to cancel.
No support
The app is decent and useful. I signed up to be an agent and provide loads for them, and that system is not great. It is hard to find any contact information for support, and I didn't get an answer to the email that I sent when I did find contact info
An app that could be better
For $6.00 a month you get an app that consistently misses flights and transfer flights. The app is a helpful tool, if you can find the flight your actually trying to get on. Flights will not appear on your chosen routing even if it’s confirmed to have open seats via staff traveller app. Then you may think maybe the airlines is not on it, but then you look at transfer flights and there’s the airlines you were looking to book on but was not on your departure destination. I’d expect missed flights and connections from a low cost app but for $6.00 a month a better search optimization is expected or at least a search tool for specific flights, should the one be missing.
Love it!
Love this app! I can’t live without it, as a commuter. It’s accurate enough for me to rely on it for going to work or vacation. I’m always telling people how much better it is than some of the other apps out there. I’d love to see where it had “best chance” flights for the day for all airlines going all over anyway. Thanks!
Stick with Staff Traveler
This app is dumb. It gives the exact same info you can get off ID90 or MyIDTravel but they charge you $40/year for the convenience of not logging in. They give you limited credits to request specifics for each class. They don’t even have people to answer requests from all airlines. Don’t waste your money.
Reconsider refreshed UI
Refreshed app feels clunky. Using the app takes significantly longer now, both asking and requesting loads. I don’t believe this has been an improvement.
No WN now?
I don’t know why but southwest is no longer being shown on the app. It used to be 🤷♂️
Great app
I paid for the premium, totally worth it. I commute and need accurate loads. This app comes very close to the actual loads. You don’t have to wait for someone to respond to your post. You can see direct and/or transfers. Highly recommend to add this to your tools for commuting.
Poor information at best
The app has a number of major flaws: 1. It includes airlines your airline does not have agreements with and omits airlines that you our airline does have agreements with. 2. The availability results are vague to the point of meaningless. 9+ is not the same thing as 16 or 33 or 40+ that another major standby app provides. If you’re planning a Flight a week out and it says 9+ that doesn’t tell you much. But when another app will tell you 22 seats then that’s more meaningful. It’s a waste of money.

Laughably bad
Subscription for what? Made 2 requests for US based airline - both ended up experiencing with no answer. Ended up listing on airline with “good” chances and didn’t get the seat. Then listed on “bad” chance airline loads estimate and I got the seat. It just inferior to staff traveler app in every way.
Not showing Southwest
I LOVED this app and have used it for a year now and been promoting it to other flight attendants. However, Southwest is no longer showing and that is my main airline at my airport. It’s really disappointing.

Game changer!
This app has made planning trips so much easier. Previously I would have to guess which airlines might have connections and look them up individually on MyIdTravel. It was a major pain! I’ve found this especially helpful for international travel. I always look here first for trip planning and then check actual loads on Staff Traveler App a day or two before a trip. Love, love, love this App! Just hope they can get Southwest info back into the mix very soon.

Loved this app when I first got it. Now southwest info is no longer available. I don’t need to pay to see the other airlines. Unfortunate because it was great when it included everyone. Happy to update this if you all can fix the issue.
Great tool
Its a great tool for the big picture of what is available. I do wish for Transfer flights that i could sort by duration/time/availability across multiple connections, but it does not take long to check the suggested connections. (For example, id like to be able to see the top three options that have 10 or more seats on each leg, sorted by trip duration or start time ) Also would like to see a cheaper annual membership or lifetime membership. Besides those requests, its a time saver for sure compared to manually checking flights other ways.

Why is United not showing all of a sudden?
Issues with app now
Since you have introduced subscription ‘ premium’ I can no longer use the app… My ipad ( latest operating system ) wont let me go to free but only goes to subscribe premium ! I downloaded app through Apple Apps. I enter flights and click and takes me only to premium to subscribe. So now I cant check loadings at all. I have deleted app and reinstalled on ipad NO difference…won’t work. Cant get free info . 😢🤔 Thanks for reply …shame you can no longer search for flights on any given departure day so one can make decision for best day to book and travel ….. living in Aust most of us don't travel as frequently as other countries so buying a premium isn't really of value . Oh well it was good while it lasted. Thanks again

It’s not free anymore
After it asked me to update my app and started to charge for a service, I’m going to delete the app right away. That’s disappointing.
Not Worth the Money
Absolutely loved this app before they started charging. Now you can only search for same day flights unless you pay for the premium subscription. Not worth it.
Not free anymore
It was a super awesome app UNTIL now you have to pay subscriptions. For free, you can now only search for today's flight.
Can't cancel subscription
The app works fine, but there's no way to access settings--a glitch sends you back to main page. No way to cancel your subscription and you have to keep paying forever. And no way to contact support shown on their website.
Seems to work really well.
I’ve used this for a few months. I did pay for the trial month so we will see how it goes. So far so good. Saved me a trip to the airport today. I can’t seem to find HOU. It’s Houston’s smaller airport, not IAH.mostly used by Southwest and delta I believe Hope they fix this.
