Great log book app. Tons of sort functions, sync options and automatic adsb syncs for block times makes my log book effortless. Best app out there
Lack of responsibility
I Have been trying to get a refund, and almost more than 5 month evading payment. App doesn’t work anymore, it started great and awesome, and all of the sudden no longer working.

Its a great app, but it would be better if it export data to elogbook.

Can't even import your roster
This app is literally useless. They have removed the facility to import your roster, and the manual upload doesn't work either. You have to manually insert all of the details yourself. Ridiculous.

App works well but far from perfect. Contact with customer support is standardized and not personal. Bugs keep getting introduced.

Was good until now
The application was initially very good and essential for my work, providing a seamless and efficient way to manage and download my roster. However, it no longer functions as intended and fails to download my roster automatically. I have contacted customer support numerous times about this issue. Although they responded diligently, their repeated solution was to direct me to a manual download method via email instructions. Unfortunately, this manual process is not supported by my company's system, as clearly indicated on the linked support page they provided. This workaround is impractical and fails to address the core issue of the automatic download feature being broken. As a result, the application no longer serves its primary purpose, rendering it essentially useless for my needs. Given the critical nature of this functionality, I strongly urge the developers to release an update to fix this problem. If an update is not feasible, customers who rely on this feature should be offered refunds. Maintaining an application that fails to perform its advertised capabilities is unacceptable and diminishes user trust. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this application to others who depend on reliable roster management.

O app é excelente, mas percebi que em alguns dias não está aparecendo mais qual a tripulação do voo, sendo que essa informação esta disponível no app empresarial corretamente!
No funciona bien
Tengo la app hace mucho tiempo y desde que instale el iOS 17 dejo de funcionar la sincronización con el calendario . También desapareció la información que me comparten otros usuarios dentro de la app . No hay respuestas positivas
Best app for the job
The IOS app is pretty good. If the desktop app was less buggy this would get 5 stars. Nonetheless, this is probably the best pilot logbook app available.
Excellent applications and support
Have been using Crew Lounge (started as MCC) for many years now and multiple airlines . Their applications and support have always been excellent
Now Useless
Paid and Used for 8 years with no issues. Recently, For whatever reason, the developers have suddenly decided that they will not show you the crew names of people you are flying with due to GDPR. Any airline employee has access to the names of people they are flying with, you wouldn’t find each other in the crew room at the start of the duty otherwise?! It makes no sense that the app developers have removed this. The app developers have now gone 1 step further and stopped the import roster function, so you can no longer import your roster using your roster log in details… so the app is officially 100% useless. I must say it’s very confusing and disappointing to see the developers totally loose the plot and destroy a perfectly good app for seemingly no good reason.

Support is taking very long
The app is good. But as soon as I changed to another airline (KLM) the support is very poor. I need to keep on mailing for weeks/months to get things done. Every time they tell me, they will discuss the issue with the development team. Afterwards I don’t get any response anymore and I have to mail them again. Very disappointing….
8 years!
So I’m in my eighth year with my airline and I’ve been using this app since the very beginning. I basically only use it for syncing my schedule with my iOS calendar, and few years ago my company integrated our system to also sync with our calendars. Needless to say, I’m still using this app because it’s far superior to what my company provides.
Made useless by last update
With the last update this app now hides the crew names from me due to GDPR. However I obviously have access to this information. So it’s pointless to spend your time and money on this app. Most ridiculous is the logbook app… which removes the information of the pilot I’m flying with that I need to manually add again. The AIMS app provided by the company is buggy and slow, but at least provides the information I need, and is free.
Certainly Better
As a long time user of PILOTLOG I decided to try CL Connect to pair with it. It works great. Don’t get me wrong, there were horrendous issues 3 years or so ago when it was quite a new product but this is much slicker and improved. Well done to the devs for listening to the community and sorting it out. This is a great app to move away from RosterBuster as they’re now charging around £30 per year. This is only £10. Worth the punt!

New ecrew app from AMIS
I’m a bit upset, all of good apps for roster download are having problems after the last ecrew version been released. Sky Crew, roster buster and crew lounge by now were not able to fix the problems of downloading roster from e crew, and they are still asking for a subscription to have access of the full version. In my opinion they should’ve fix it first. How they can ask for a subscription for a service that they don’t have?

Works For Me
I put off migrating from the previous version of this software due to the generally poor reviews but eventually decided to take the risk. It’s not perfect, I’d like more configuration options when exporting to my calendar for example, but I have had no issues with downloads or incorrect data. I did contact support to ask for some additional information to be in the calendar export and received a reply within 24 hours and a ‘fix’ within 48 hours.
Not great
The poor response time to the numerous documented problems is the biggest issue for me. They fixed tech issues really quickly on the old app but not any more. It has been advertised with a load of new features but in reality none of these are relevant or useful to me. That’s just my opinion, maybe some of the features will be useful for someone... I just want an app that works. This is no longer it.
I cannot log in
I've registered and I could log in via website but not with this app. It says 'verify password' even I changed password several times.
Visibility finally
This app has allowed me more control of my schedule and insight that allows payroll tracking. Get the bigger picture and try it.

Calendar not downloading
My schedule doesn’t always download or transfer to my calendar. It just gets stuck “connecting” “downloading” I was told to delete app and reinstall but still having trouble so it makes me skeptical about renewing my subscription for the year

Retrograde step
Overly complicated, unreliable and poorly laid out. Previous version far superior so sticking with that.
Very busy lay-out. Many functions but the basics should be right!
App has gotten more expensive fast and many functions were added. But the most important thing is the main function which is proper roster downloading and syncing, and that has room for improvement. I.e. When I sync with my calendar it also creates blank new activities which I cant remove. They make a mess of my calendar and this should be fixed asap!
New version of this app
The new version of this app is very difficult, it never can download my new schedule right away, it always has some kind of trouble finding it in my company login and doesn’t even download it’ll just sit on the downloading page forever. My internet is connected everything is connected I can never just easily download my schedule like the last one. This one has a lot more cooler add on through the app but just downloading my schedule every time it changes is what makes it so difficult! Please do something to fix this, I loved using the old app and I’m having a hard time liking this one!

I’ve never before paid for an app as inconsistent as this, at least half the time it doesn’t work. Customer service are slow to respond. This morning they updated the app and it STILL doesn’t sync with Calendars on iOS. They should issue refunds.

I like this version because it has more options and features, but the thing is I need also my Crew list for my flights and I can’t find it here. Is it no more available??
