This app refuses to load on my iPhone 15 pro just say this app must run on a iOS device and then closes Edit: I had a VPN Enabled as as I disabled it that solved my issue
Won’t open on iPhone
I keep getting emails about the app but when I download the app on my iPhone it just shows a message saying “this app must be run on an iOS device and the app will now close” My iPhone is on iOS and is up to date this is the 4th time of trying think I’ll stick to the website

I have an iPhone 16 pro max and I have downloaded the app but when I click on it, it says cannot open the app because it needs an iOS device. I think the company is great but this app just doesn’t work for me.

I used to use this app all the time to keep track of payments etc but since I have updated the software on my iPhone to version 26.2 I am unable to open the app. I get an error message saying this app must be run on an ISO hardware device and will now close. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get the same error message.

I need help I can’t access my account why has it locked me out
Broken again
Unable to log into the app once again. Takes me to log in page on the web then goes to a blank screen. Genuinely one of the worst apps ever.

Doesn’t work at all
I downloaded this today and, when I try to open, get the message “this app must run on an iOS hardware device and will now close”. What’s an iPhone if not an iOS device??? I’m running 18.7.1 so not exactly old.

Lowell are very good when i was in hospital they helped me out, when i come out they kept my Debit low enough for me to manage. I will never work again, but at least with Lowell i can manage, Thank you Lowell for your understanding and help. I was afraid to call because i was ashamed, but Lowell was caring and now i can continue to pay off my debits.

App is amazing when you have the spare money to throw at a few debts I’m able to jump on and entertain any amount I want and simply pay it off without the hassle of phone calls much more effective

The app is real easy to use and makes me feel confident that I’m making a genuine repayment. Received the letters for a while but wasn’t sure it was genuine until I downloaded the app.

Since the last update 3 months ago the app doesn't work as its not compatible with the ios 18.5 thats on my phone but yet all other apps work fine

Great website, clear, easy to use and I was able to sort out my problem quickly
Uncomfortable
I cant set up payment for every single item £1.00 each. Minimum payment per item is £2.00 but if i dont have so much money extra then i must contact customer service, wait on line nearly 1hr until transfered to correct department. Then all explanations WHY i cant what income again etc. what expenses again this is long long storey.
