Updates between levels take forever
I actually like this game when it’s updated. The problem being stuck for months on end because the game is maxed out waiting for new levels.
Game paused at level 30 over 6 months ago
They game is really cool, it’s visually appealing and the storyline is fun and entertaining. However, once I reached level 30 the storyline was paused and it says that a new release will come out soon. But it’s been over 6 months since that and still nothing.

Tired of waiting!!
This game was really good, but they keep saying a new level will be back soon. I have been waiting for a year for chapter 51. I’m beginning to think there isn’t any more. Maybe it’s time to delete it!!!

The game say my internet connection is lost but it still gives me a full ad. So my internet connection is fine. Please fix this issue so we can progress in the story.

SLOW Updates and non-responsive
I loved this game up until the last 2 years. I have been stuck in Bali and they will not provide new chapters so I can complete. When they did, there were no new games to earn bulbs, I had to spend with what I had. I can see 3 new locations to unlock, but no updates addressing my complaints are answered. So disappointing! All updates are current with the app too.

Why does the app keep shutting down
I love this game but it keeps shutting down causing me to lose all my extra points and coins. It says that there’s new phases coming soon but it’s been so long coming that I don’t believe it anymore.
Unwinnable
I agree 100% with Unwinnable hands. I cannot continue financing these increasingly difficult hands as rewards are way too little. It is sad because this was one of the more interesting story lines. Too many of these ‘games’ go the same way. Sorry

Too many ads
I have been playing the game for a long time and enjoy the card games and decorations but the ads (after every deal) is getting laborious. Not sure I can take it any more.
Another FAIL
Starts off Great and so fun , let's players accumulate half million coins thinking wow a game that doesn't take all your coins and wants $$$ right away! Then you pass a few boards and then it starts !!! You lose and lose over and over and then all you're coins are all gone and you spend money and no relief . I really thought I finally found a fair game ! BEWARE great at first and the. Like all the rest you'll spend 50.00 in a blink . I've deleting the game trust me same BULL*HIT
When is the update coming?
Me and my granddaughter have been playing this game for over a year and it’s been about six months. We’ve been waiting for this game to come back. Is it ever gonna come back or should I just delete it?

The story line is nice, the game play is solitaire cards, with a few boosts. It is difficult to win the higher levels and you need to spend some time just logging in to collect coins rather than playing. It looks like the game is no longer support by devs. It is not listed as a game by them on their website and there is no support or community listed on their website. I have a glitch where when I try and complete a task the game just freezes and if I try to skip the video it just hangs. As I can’t progress I guess it’s time to delete. Shame as it is quite engaging.
Swiss Alps
It’s a really fun game to play. However I finished months ago and have been patiently waiting for chapter 51 . The last update was 5 months ago and that was just for bug fixes. I really want to continue the story and would like to know if that update to continue the story is coming or if it’s been cancelled.
Fun, but…
This is one of the best solitaire games out there. It’s a lot of fun and you don’t need to spend a lot of money to advance in the game. You really don’t need to spend any to be honest. My only criticism, is it has been such a long wait for an update in the storyline. It’s very frustrating. Not to mention the stories that you’ve completed, don’t allow you to go back in and raise your star rating.

Not happy
Well the game was fun until I got to level 12 and I was going to decorate my hotel and it say downloading next stopped please check internet connection. Well ain't nothing wrong with my internet. I have really good WiFi on top of really good mobile data. I ended up deleting the game. I will redownload it if someone will fix the issue.

Disappointing
I’ve been playing this game for quite some time and enjoyed it. But, about 2 months ago I completed all the available levels. I thought this wasn’t a big deal and with the next update there would be more new levels added. That was over 2 months ago and still nothing. I have gotten tired of waiting for an update with new levels and have found other games to play that updated on a regular basis.
Yea I don’t know anymore
I’m pretty sure after I write this review I’m going to uninstall this game. I’ve been waiting to long for an update. I play every day and spend my money everyday waiting for a new update that is prob not gonna come anytime soon. I have already downloaded Disney solitaire and I’m going to switch to them. I get ads to download them all the time anyway. I’m just going to go see what that game is about because I can’t keep wasting my money by waiting with no response from anybody telling any of us how long or what is going on. This review probably won’t see the light of day to the public but I just wanted to let you know that this is what a lot of other ppl are prob doing as well. This is a great game and I hate to lose it but it’s just not fun for me anymore and the lack of communication is even worse. Sorry.

Love the game, but won’t let me play recently
Recently today (3/30/2025), it won’t let me load the game. I’ve tried everything to get it to play, but it either gets stuck on the intro page where it loads in or the page is white or black. WiFi is even turned off. Very sad since I do love the game and wanted to play it. I’ll add the 5th star when the game works again.
Used to love it
When i first downloaded this game I was addicted and loved it but you’re lucky if I get on it once a day and that’s due to the game being very rigged, ever since I’ve got to “London” my money went from 200,000 to virtually nothing. You’re forced to buy help with your coins on every solitaire game attempt which just become so much more expensive as the game moves up levels. I never get the correct card I sometimes get the same card 4 switches in a row which is so frustrating, I find myself just logging out and waiting for my daily coins which doesn’t make it fun anymore. Contemplating deleting the game if it doesn’t improve Used to be Ad free but now it has ads, wouldn’t mind watching the ads if I gained coins or lives from it but I don’t so no benefit to the player whatsoever
Time to delete?
I loved this game in the beginning, even though I thought the hands dealt cost way too much game coin! However it has been months and there are no updates and no new stories. I’ve even put my own money into this game but now I can see why that wasn’t a great idea. I first sent a message through help and support but never heard back. It might be time to just delete and move on =(

Out of all the solitaire games out there this one is my favorite. I love every second of this game to the point where I play this game when I’m at work

I love the game but I don’t find it fair as u have got To pay for the pass every time it renews even tho it’s say one time charge if it says that then you need to keep it at a one time charge not paying for it every time it renews
Used to be great!!
This game used to be one of my daily absolute favorites for almost a year. Then in the summer they stopped doing updates. So now I haven’t progressed the story for 6 months. I still found the daily challenge quests fun so I played those. But now I’ve all but stopped with the latest update. They absolutely nerfed how many coins you get if you complete a level to the point where playing you just about break even. Forget trying to win coins to up your bank anymore. What a joke. In one update you made a great game I loved to play something I barely bother to open now. Such a shame.

Finished Bali over 2 weeks ago. Been waiting for more levels. When is this going to happen? I love this game. However as much as I don’t want to delete it, I will soon if we don’t get more levels. Getting tired of waiting. It says last update was 4 months ago.

I opened the game today, and all my progress is deleted. I have no idea why. I’m right back at the beginning of the game. I think it’s a bug or something.
Freezes
Game keeps freezing and will not play the cards even though they should play as the numbers are correct. Addendum: Have found it doesn’t recognize which card is up. Cannot play a 6 on a 5 yet when you turn a couple more cards and get a 10 you can play the 6 (numbers just an example as I don’t remember the actual number it let me play the 6 on). Game currently frozen — again. Am losing money and points. FIX THIS PROBLEM! It keeps happening. AGAIN freezing — money and points lost!
