Continual problems with the app
Should be able to pay with ApplePay or bPay. The site has not been working properly this week with IT glitches. App not working again right now.
Keren
Kalau mau wisata ke balii boleh pakai aplikasi ini sebgai pentunjuk Karena penjelasannya cukup detail ttg wisata bali
I would rate the app…. If it worked
Doesn’t work for a variety of reasons
Payment not working
Hopefully I’ll grab the attention of someone managing this app and website. Neither work because any email I enter on the form gives me a “The email must have a valid and active” error. Please fix this guys. Update: had to use a Gmail address as my own domain (which has existed for 20 years) didn’t work.
Excellent App
Easy to pay…. Quite simple and quick.
Useless Non-functional app
This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. It doesn’t work and whoever designed it is completely incompetent
支払えない
支払いたいのに有効なクレカ決済をしようとしたところで必ずエラーが出る 日本語かなキーボードのアルファベット入力をしようとすると文字がダブってバグる
Bali
Banyak memperlihatkan kearifan lokal
Online payment won’t work through app
Bad
No ApplePay Option
I don’t trust any online payment method in Bali where you have to enter card details as from my experience they are not always secure even though they state they are. Should allow ApplePay or Paypal options.

Bad app
Very clunky, dropped out details during application process, the application disappeared and is not recoverable and then won’t allow a new application
Not reliable
Will not always take a payment. Messages on app non existent. Cannot update notifications. Email slow to arrive. Cannot use with any confidence.

Doesn’t save your account details
Doesn’t save your account details and it doesn’t let you save the Levi as a photo or in the app so you have to use your computer/email to save the levy document.

Love Bali
Aplikasinya bagus dan sangat bermanfaat, memberi informasi secara global👍🏻
No ApplyPay
It just takes you to their website to pay, which from other reports seems too buggy and thus risky to bother with. I have been screwed over by doing the evisa online as the government website for that is a buggy mess that takes hours for success submission which eventually you discover it saves incorrect details despite correct inputs, it can loose information, and it can forget to send confirmation, despite taking your money; resulting in hours and money wasted to try and save a few minutes in person. I have tried emailing detailed bug reports to the Indonesian Government but I never get any reply. As such, it's not worth the risk. Will just do it in person.
Review aplikasi
Aplikasinya sangat bermanfaat untuk menunjang pariwisata Bali di mata dunia
Chilli
No confirmation of payment, unable to see where the issue is. Won’t let you make another payment for another family member until the first payment is finalized but it doesn’t show where there are any errors. Now they have my credit card details. Probably a scam

nice..:
What is the app for?
It redirects you to a website and pay it there. I don’t see why we have to download and install the app. If there are applepay, remember our details for future visit, updated events, or anything else that will help tourist. It will give the app more usefulness /purpose. But as of now, its need a lot of improvement and not worth keeping it on ur phone.

Poor
Poor quality. Should have bali levy QR CODE in the inbox . All the events are out of date. Just advertising
