Best driver you could ask for! Honestly
Unaccountable business
If you ever have a problem, expect support to send an auto generated response saying Thank you for your patience” and ending the chat. This happens repeatedly and there it doesn’t seem like you can escape this loop. Also there is a new scam where the drivers simply don’t move, waiting for you to cancel to receive a small cancelation fee. This has happened the last 10 or so times I’ve tried to get a car without fail.
Cancelled Rides
One thing I think you need to change is.. if you cancel a ride because the driver is taking too long for example.. the app automatically finds you another one even though you don’t want it. There’s no option to just cancel and not try and find another driver. This is costing me so much money. So if something is cancelled, you need to allow the user to activate whether they want to look for someone else or not. Give them the option. Don’t just do it automatically.

Apps great but far out the constant notifications and harassment is enough to delete

This app is fab but currently not available in the UK, only Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia so a bit disappointed I can’t use it at home as well. You need to expand!! Quick sign up and easy to use, I’m a mom so I love the vouchers idea 💡 🥰.
Wonderful safe drivers
I bring my grandkids to Bali and we always use Gojek bikes to get around, they drive safely.
Never download this app
Absolute balls this app. Every single time I use it I get signed up randomly to gojek plus. I cancel auto renew and and make sure it's not on auto renew then a month later it adds me to it. And it goes on and on. It's a con. And you cannot get in touch with support they are of no help. Terrible system. A lot better apps out there now than gojek.

Poor pick up location while booking for ride, driver pick up at wrong place, there is no option to choose pick up location
Used twice
Used twice, first car did not move, after 5 minutes I cancelled. Second driver was excellent. So Gojek is 50% at the minute.

POOR DRIVER TREATMENT
I am genuinely disgusted by how Gojek appears to treat its drivers. During our trip in Bali, we ordered food through the app. The order was cancelled by Gojek’s own system it wasn’t cancelled by the driver, and it wasn’t caused by anything he did. Despite that, the cost was reportedly deducted from the driver’s account. Watching him explain what had happened was heartbreaking. Drivers already deal with difficult customers, traffic, and long hours. They shouldn’t also have to worry about being financially penalized for errors that are completely outside of their control. If this is how the platform handles cancellations, it reflects very poorly on the company. A business should support the people who make its service possible, not shift the cost of its own mistakes onto them. Until Gojek is more transparent and ensures drivers are treated fairly, I can’t recommend using the service without serious reservations.

Too many notifications
The app itself is alright, but with a spammy-amount of notifications. Every day, at least 4-5 notifications constantly. This is super irritating and a turn-off from using the app.

Use Grab instead
After years of Apple having the Dynamic Island, Gojek have not bothered to update their app to allow customers to quickly glance to see the approaching driver. They don’t bother to update specific for condo lift lobbies like Grab do. They are sitting back and complacently letting Grab dominate the market

They mistake my order with other car. The driver needs to return to airport. Wasted 30 minutes on road for nothing. My first time in jakarta is ruined thanks to these incompetent staffs.

Gojek takes 30% fees from drivers when the prices are already low. The drivers are being exploited. The fees are far too high for them. The app is very good, I use it every day to order rides and food. I give tips to my drivers, but I think it is absurd that Gojek charges them so much.

Food often comes cold a lot and when you complain the customer service is none existent. I think grab it better. They resolve things quicker in a better manner

Go for one of the alternatives. App wouldn’t accept several payment methods, kept saying I’d clicked too much and freezing. No way to contact and help function banal. Tried to delete account but that lead to ‘internal error’. Bad bad mistake downloading this.

Convenient app for food, rides etc. Usually falls over when you have to deal with missing food items or poor food quality as their customer service are incapable of making a decision or providing assistance, so make sure you keep pushing the complaint.

Enable tips for Gosend. Also, if you’re reading this at Gojek — can you hear this feedback? It will be amazing if you can make it obligatory that drivers reuse bags. It saves them money. It saves the environment. And customers have less trash to dispose of.

Friendly helpful driver. Very safe and knowledgeable of the area we were picked up at. He was a lifesaver!
Difficult to cancel
Sometimes you try and cancel a ride but it doesn't accept it. This is not good for both the driver and the passenger because the driver arrives and no fare and the passenger at best feels awful at worst gets suspended. And the customer service is appalling. Other platforms much better.
