This is a brilliant app, it makes getting around a lot easier. I wish I had it years ago.

Bluebird taxi is the way to go with meter taxi. Clean cabs helpful drivers feel safe In extreme traffic prompt service.
Trouble creating order on rainy day
I have no problem with bluebird’s driver or service. BUT when it comes to rainy day, the app did not work as expected. It takes so long to create an order and most of the times it failed. I try to contact the CS but no response. It is so disappointing that I have to spend almost 40 min and prob. be late to work. I know you are the leads in indonesia taxi market but please give more attention to your customer.

Not user-friendly when you speak English! You can’t chat with drivers because it’s in Indonesian. 🙄🤪😭

Won’t accept wise
When security is paramount an app in a foreign country needs to accept all payment methods. I’m not putting in my credit card details into an app I’ll use maybe twice during my stay. You need to fix the ‘wise’ issue not being accepted.
Cash or card bit confusing
Need to make cash or card clear. In bali, I paid cash as it said rupiah. But I also paid on my card! So driver got a massive tip!
Love it but …
The marketing notifications can’t be turned off! I should be in control of what notifications I get to see without needing to turn them off in the iPhone settings (which then I can’t see when the driver is near!). I will delete app soon. So distracting all day notifications!!!!! EDIT: finally deleted my account AND lowered my score. THERE IS NO WAY to turn off marketing notification!!!! They do this on purpose!!! My phone alerts me to notifications “Promos” all day and I can’t even read them or turn them off. If I turn them off in the iPhone app setting then I can’t get notification from the driver. ALL DAY MARKETING PROMOTIONS!!! It’s insane!!! I love Bluebird but REFUSE to be annoyed like this everyday. BYE!!!!!
Kesalahan dalam reservasi RENT
Tadi malam saya membuat reservasi untuk RENT dari Bandara Juanda Surabaya untuk pagi ini. App sudah menrik dana dari rekening BCA saya sampai 2 kali, tapi saya tidak mendaptkn konfirmasi sama sekali untuk booking nya. Biasanya untuk oemakaian dalam kota taxi tidak pernah bermasalah

Card suddenly not used
From one ride to the next I receive a message that my CC is being used for another order (although it’s not) and unable to use the app or order a bluebird car. Tried to reset the app couldn’t do it as my email is already used. Very frustrating

Setelah upgrade tgl 6 okt 2023, posisi GPS di aplikasi (iOS) sering salah. Setelah order posisi taxi yang jemput tidak update, tiba2 sudah depan rumah. Posisi taxi baru beres setelah input passcode. Versi sebelumnya lebih baik
Great App, the Taxi charged me more than if I hailed them down
It is a great app and I thought it the best idea to download and use the app but the taxi charged me nearly double the price than if I hailed it down in the street as the flagfall is nearly double that when you hail them in the street .
Poor Map
Drivers consistently go the wrong way to our current pick up location because the Bluebird map directs them the wrong way.

Not accepting a card previously accepted for use
This is my 5th trip to Bali in 12 months. I had a card attached to my Bluebird Taxi account, used numerous times. This trip it states the card is invalid, I have used the card elsewhere without a problem during this trip. I use this card specifically for overseas travel so I don’t get charged with exchange rates etc. I’ve deleted it and now the app will not let me add it again. Very frustrating.

Forget it at jkt soekarno hatta international terminal
I tried using this app from the international terminal and the driver never showed up despite looking for me for more than an hour at various other locations. I also asked at the counter and they gave me directions that didn’t seem to make any sense. What a waste of time I ended up taking a risky no-name taxi.
Can not delete expired credit card payment
Hi, good functional app overall. Current experience, not able to delete CC Payment for my expired CC.

[EDIT : FIXED after delete & reinstall the app. Bluebird app works fine now thanks]. Can you please fix the app. I can open the app pn my iphone but there was a banner (QRIS related) which prevented me to use the app, as i cannot close the banner (no visible button/icon that i can press to close it)

Did not turn up.
Constantly changed pick up times. 3 minutes then 11 then 15. Used Gojek. Sad as we love Blubirds. Usually no issue.
It’s ok but glitches
Unable to contact drivers through the app which makes things hard and it’s impossible to contact support. The drivers are great and they’re everywhere which is handy.

Card issue
I had my Wise card added previously but now I’m unable to use it as your app is saying I cannot use it. How annoying
It’s good, but a chat feature is required
It’s generally reliable except a few occasions when your bookings/passcode do not show up until you are in the taxi and the driver starts the meter. EasyRide is a great for helping you pay via card if you just pick up a taxi without booking first. The most disappointing part of it though is that in probably 90% of the cases you cannot call the driver, you have to wait for him/her to call you. A chat feature would definitely help smoothen the experience.
Credit Card
So many bluebird taxis say they do not ezcept Existent but inside the taxi it says they do, When I ask they appear to not understand the system? So basically you have to pay cash.
App should adjust different time zone
I ordered golden/bluebird couple of times for rides from airport, and nothing to complain. Except one, confusing time frame showed in the app that doesn’t adjust different timezone. Example I flew from Jakarta to Bali and ordered Golden Bird according to our arrival time in the ticket. Pick up time in the app will automatically be adjusted back to Jakarta time. It’s very confusing and we feel sorry to the Golden drivers that have to stand by at airport at wrong pick up time and they complained to me as if I’m pressing the wrong button, which I wasn’t! I then always call the bluebird call centre in destination to make sure the right pick up time, too much to work on!
Brilliant service
Used the service many times while in Bali for 2 weeks never let us down, excellent service, drivers professional & vehicles clean! Prices quoted were reasonable, we tended to select the fixed price & always used cash.
Bad experience
App is giving wrong pricing, driver asking for using argo instead of agreed price on the app
Convenient
This app worked very well here in Bali ,and gave me a better overview on fare costs upfront instead of haggling with the locals about unknown territory and costs. Also the drivers were very polite and picked me up in the hotel with no extra fees.

Slow dan Banyak bugsnya
Beberapa kali smp double booking dgn asal dan tujuan yg sama krn app nya slow. Pesanan pertama dibilang gagal padahal msh smp k driver, jdlah doble booking. Ga ada warning jg dr sistem waktu second book nya masuk… kt driver ini sering terjadi. Pls fix your app

It works
Works pretty well in Bali despite some bugs (not all adresses are recognised, some courses remain in your booking blotter). Also some drivers don't know yet how to use it. I'll use it again for the next holidays.
Glitch in Order Ahead Feature
There seems to be a glitch in the Order Ahead feature. I ordered a taxi for 13:00 and it arrived at 10:30 AM (approximately 15 minutes after I ordered it for the 13:00 time slot). I confirmed in the chat feature that the pickup was for 13:00, as well. I was asked to pay a cancellation fee, which was inappropriate. Sepertinya ada kesalahan pada fitur Order Ahead. Saya memesan taksi pada pukul 13.00 dan tiba pada pukul 10.30 (kira-kira 15 menit setelah saya memesannya untuk slot waktu pukul 13.00). Saya konfirmasi di fitur chat kalau penjemputannya jam 13.00 juga. Saya diminta membayar biaya pembatalan, yang tidak pantas.
Takes too long to get Silver Bird
I usually cannot get a silver bird when ordering through the app. It can take anywhere between 10-20 min to maybe get one or not get one at all. Very frustrating. It’s unfortunate that this is the only company that offers more comfortable taxis…

Blue bird taxi service is an excellent service that gives you up to dates of arrival and cost the driver etc their taxis are fully air conditioned and super clean
Left me stranded
Bluebird taxis left me stranded at Canggu after 25 mins of waiting for the cab to arrive. They didn’t even cancel it, I just called to see if they were coming and was advised sorry no we won’t. As a solo traveller in Bali I didn’t want to go with the non metered dodgy taxis. Plus blue bird doesn’t show where the driver is on the map, only the time changes. Could be better
Works well
The app works fine, if it a little confusing first time round. The text with a confirmation code took a while to come through for me, but worked fine in ordering a taxi to take us to the airport. Would recommend!

Annoyed on app says 32k to 38k and driver wanted 50k Not very happy, It’s our first time using this app and I will give it another go while I’m In Bali but if it happens again , I will not be using you guys again . Thanks

Code
Same as others cannot get the verification code. The app won’t accept the 0 at the beginning of the number. Understand this is dropped when international but the other apps accept the 0 and it works
Good drivers, bad app
It’s very slow to use and takes twenty taps to do anything. It can be very frustrating to use when you’re in a rush and don’t have a fast internet connection because sometimes the app wants to force you into a ratings flow when you open it. When your internet is in a bad spot you’re stuck on these screens awhile and unable to book. Edit to the developer response: this is an issue that occurs when you have low signal quality and the app prompts to leave a review. You’re stuck waiting for it to load because it can’t be closed until the information is loaded (bad practice for a native app, always keep controls visible). That said there’s not an active issue to be resolved particular to my account so I don’t need to go to the support flow.
