So easy to use
Gift card doesn’t work!!
Bought £250 of IKEA gift cards which said will work online. This was not the case, tried everything from different device, to adding the gift card at different parts of the website/checkout. Contacted Tuck customer support who dismissed the case and told me to contact IKEA. IKEA told me it’s Tuck’s problem. £250 gone.
Decent app
Fairly simple and quick app to use and unlike other discount apps, it actually has a lot of Main Street shops as well. I only had an issue with adding a gift card to my Apple wallet, as I know WiFi in some shops can be an ache. Luckily I took a screenshot before and it still worked fine so not too bad. The support team were very quick in replying to my query too. Props to them and If the apple and google wallet can be improved, this is a top app for me.
Misleading App
I was after a cashback for a particular retailer, Tuck’s website showed 5.5% cashback for this retailer, plus £10 bonus for 1st purchase through App. Once downloaded & registered, discount for the retailer was 2.25% and only £2 bonus for first purchase. Don’t offer what you cannot provide. Uninstalling the app and deleting account.

Missing Brands
Not all the brands advertised on their website are actually available to use on the app (Amazon and Sainsbury’s fuel to name two). Other gift card cashback apps such as EverUp and JamDoughnut offer higher percentage and more brands

Misleading
Signed up after seeing webpage advertising Amazon vouchers with tuck. Signed up and then saw no Amazon voucher available. And the £10 welcome voucher which I was also expecting turned out to be £2 only, and had to spend £10 to get the £2 discount. Overall a complete waste of time. SCAMY
Unable to use the app
Hi Team, For the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing this problem while using the application I get this pop up post purchase of any gift card that there is an update which is available and this doesn’t let me access the gift card The latest version of the app is already installed on my device Request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve
They do not always payout in full
Be careful. Sometimes they do not pay out the full advertised cashback rate. Better to stick with Everup - I’ve never had a problem with them and the rates are always very similar.

App fails to open on server put funds in unable to use app to claim gift cards
It’s not completely bad
Not every time you get gift card and takes ages to get money back. It’s more likely for small amounts of cashback app. I hope it’s going to get better.

Warning: Paid £75 for a Gift Card Through Tuck App but Never Received It
I tried to buy a £75 gift card through the Tuck app 5 days ago. The payment was taken from my account immediately, but I still haven’t received the gift card. I already contacted customer support, but I haven’t received any solution yet. This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating.
What’s not to like.

Issue raised
Tuck got back to me quickly in response to my issue I had with my purchase. It was in fact my mistake in the first place. I sorted it just before they responded, but I did have 24hrs left on the voucher.
Easy to use
Just withdrawn my first payment when I go into a shop I see what I’ve spent then create a voucher for that amount easy or what
