First time using everything is much easier than other sell/buy apps so diffently be selling on here.
No CS Support No Reply
Been on here since the reboot of app for months now and zero sales, no reply to support seller despite sending messages. Feels like a waste of time listing when there’s just no traffic and no effective promos!
Brilliant app
The app is relatively easy to use with some improvements which could be made. It would be helpful if we could add longer descriptions for some items as the character limit currently restricts this. The app seems to have a wide reach. I do get a lot of requests from buyers to make payment outside the app so it would be helpful to make this process and the options clearer. I’m really enjoying the app so far and have been able to sell some items really quickly. Paperclip could help sellers by sharing selling tips and ways to make the most of the app.
Too much information needed
I downloaded this to sell but immediately changed my mind when I saw how much information you have to give them just to add your bank account. Why do we need to include a photo of ID to prove who we are? We’re not going to send it to someone else’s bank account. Seeing as this is an app I’ve only heard about through a friend, I don’t feel comfortable giving my name, date of birth, address, bank details and then a photo of ID with more information just to sell stuff. Also going off other peoples reviews about them spam messaging peoples numbers from other apps I don’t want to give them my information.
Good App But very annoying
Paperclip is a good app nothing wrong with it. However I had one bad experience that I had sold an item to someone and I had not got the money it has been a week now and the money had not been able to be withdrawn. I had contacted the company and I am waiting for a response currently. It is a good app they have now updated a few things I still use the app today. I am new to Paperclip too so give me a follow:Wavybaby_ I sell womenswear, accessories for affordable prices also boys-wear too.
Best Marketplace on the market
With a new ownership, Paperclip is brought back to live. What an easy app to sell or buy new or used items. No need to do description or any other information, everything is done through AI. Bye bye Vinted and hello Paperclip! Or and almost forgot to mention that you can try on things before you buy. Just Wow!
Was great buuut…….
Unfortunately now the app will not open just left with a red screen with paper clip logo and name on ?!? Not sure what’s happening but if it gets sorted review will be updated
Be careful of scammers
I purchased two items from two different sellers at beginning of January and have still not received either of them. I am now £520.00 out of pocket. Reported both buyers to Paperclip but have still not got my money back and it’s now Mid March. Very disappointing and won’t be using this site again. Buyers be warned. New update on above situation, Paperclip have offered partial payment and are continuing case with Action Fraud on my behalf. I know it’s not their fault and by the way have had no problems with site crashing or difficulties using APP. Do think it’s a good site but only make payment thru PayPal direct to Paperclip to be sure your payment is safe.

The AI makes this so easy to sell, used to waste so much time with so little return, no 5ish seconds and the listing is created, wild. Plus there is so much great stuff on here, shipping was super solid! Best marketplace around!

Tried reinstalling several times, nothing works and stuck on loading screen. No problem with any other apps.
Really useful
managed to get a new outfit so easily at a great price. Feel so much better shopping sustainable instead of buying new!
Doesn't deserve the one star I gave it because it doesn't work
Downloaded the app and opened it and then the screen just froze. I come out of the app and then started it again and nothing. What's the point in having a shopping app if you can't even use it? I've just deleted it. That's 20 seconds of my life I'm not gonna get back...

If you enjoy looking at the loading image then this is for you. Tried shutting it down and rebooting it to no avail.
