Denim & co jersey comfy barrel leg jeans
These are lovely, just as they appeared on screen. I’m about to wear them with my d&co classic jacket. Fab and so comfy.
Links don’t work
For some time their are issues when clicking the links. If you click on the picture links on any of the pages, you just get zero results found. Also get zero results if you search for a company’s bane in the search box. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn’t work.
More info needed
More information needed when you go into your account. Should be an option to access your Pay in 3 so that you can view it, pay early if you want to, as you can on most things, clear the payments etc all without having the hassle of contacting Customer Services. It is definitely behind the times and could do with an update.
Completely broken
Looks like they’ve not tested with iOS27. Most of the tabs including the home page are blank with a search bar.
App is playing up
Love QVC but the app is not work in properly recently. Over voices I some of the recorded shows. The returns app button will not allow the app to open. I have tried turning off phone and reloading app to no avail. Let’s get this thing working please.

Not working
Loved the app but since the last update I can’t search for anything. Have tried deleting and re installing but no luck. Not worth it if you can’t search

Good app for iPhone but why isn’t it on Apple TV ??
Not user friendly
The app is clumsy and not user friendly. Trying to check the status of an order is frustrating. Having to enter email address yet again despite being in the app and then still not being able to view is ridiculous. This app needs a complete overhaul
Troublesome
Oh this app is bugging me now! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a few times and still not performing as it should. Home page doesn’t load properly, search field gets stuck and won’t show items ,just frustrating!

Hi! I did review qvc some time ago and said it's not great for the blind especially at ordering. Glad to say this has improved. Managed to order a maplin usb charger for mum for Easter. however on the app, I go to check on my order, "you will be directed to your browser." I'm sorry but that's just not good enough. This smartphone world is about apps that have notifications for a reason, not to be redirected to a web browser to log in, find my account again, find the order and check from there. It's just easier on the app as there is really no point having the more tab there. Otherwise great app. Please update the accessibility status to say it works with voiceover as it states still "the developer hasn't clarified accessibility for this app".
Can’t believe how qvc manage to keep there customers
So today hand my text and email tell me my parcel had been delivered only to find out it’s been delivered to my old address I ordered it off the app it’s got no other addresses on only where I live now so you would think it would be delivered there but no for some reason it’s got to the old address but apparently it’s my fault even though it’s got the right address on the app so the man on the phone said I would have to go to the old address which is not happening he had to go away and ask somebody which didn’t give me any confidence came back and then baffles me with science so parcel lost well done QVC ps still scratching my head 😤

It’s a shame if QVC shuts down. They sell so great stuff and at a very reasonable price.

Searching for an item has been made far more difficult. Put a simple word in and comes up with lots of stuff but not what requested. Standard has gone down.

Bought a Ben de lisi stripped top ! Ordered a 22 said it was 57 inch chest . When it came it was 49 inches . No good 4 me busty lady . Customer service lovely . Sent me a free label

I have been shopping with qvc for a lot of years now . Always been great . What I would like to see on the app is listening of previous orders and payments. Also a section on extra payments you could send on the app. That would be awesome.
Useless app?
What is the point of the app opening a web browser in order to view my order history? I might as well just login via a browser to start with. I don’t really see there point of the app?
It’s not the greatest
The app often does not work properly. It’s so frustrating. Tonight it is telling me to add a card as no card on file. Incorrect. Quite often it won’t let you add an item to your basket. It repeatedly asks you to choose an option I.e. colour, which I have already done but it will not proceed. So I then have to go and order via the website. So irritating. I’ve missed out tonight with these bugs. I’ve now gone to the website and that is also saying no card on file. I really can’t be bothered to now try and order by calling. The whole point of an app is for speed ordering. Please sort this out as it’s been happening for absolutely ages.

I completely agree with the previous review when I search for Kim & Co I’m advised that there is hundreds of items however 20 items later I’m looking at plants. Sort it out please it’s very frustrating
Shopping with QVC
I have found shopping with qvc easy to do. I have enjoyed watching the presenters and found the quality of my purchases to be 5star. Returns are easy to do and the whole experience has been wonderful.
Latest update broke pre recorded video audio
I have been in touch with customer care. They told me to delete the app and reinstall. That doesn’t work. The live video feed has sound. The IT DEPARTMENT ON QVC need to look into this. I have reported it. Last time the app was wrong it took ages to fix the problem. Please sort this out ASAP. A video isn’t any good if you don’t have sound. This isn’t good for business! I’m so annoyed instead of fixing the sound problem. They have now taken the video of these products down. Now they just have the details and NO VIDEO PRESENTATION! A very lazy way out of fixing a glitch qvc 😡

This app has changed the last couple months, was usually very good, I could put in exactly what i wanted or what brand, but put it in now and get all sorts coming up, just put trainers in and got a few but not the 124, was even gardening stuff up with them and clothes too, gave up eventually as was getting fed up of scrolling without seeing what i actually wanted to see, so annoying.

FAVOURITE SHOPPING CHANNEL
I’ve shopped with QVC since the 1990’s and how far they’ve come. Value for money goes without saying. This app always works and is so easy to follow and so much information about everything you could ever want to know. Only downside with us very teeny weeny but some fonts are light grey which don’t stand out for eg the item number. But it’s an excellent app

Whenever I put in a request for a product using search I.e. garden compost for example nothing comes up. Do people have to be completely specific when trying to find products? You really should make your app far more user friendly.
