Great transfer benefits
They ONLY lend to people that work for paystubs.
If you own your business - they will NOT lend you a penny! You will not get approved for a loan w 700 payment even if your cash flow 100k/mo. They ask for a ton of paperwork and deny after a week.
great but missing a couple things
3% cashback on anything is great. some weird restrictions on what you can buy, for example i can’t buy anything on steam even though valve is a reputable company. also app doesnt work with plaid so it doesnt integrate with budgeting apps well. would give 5 stars if thats fixed

Blocking transactions
Aven blocks suspicious transactions which are normal business transactions for us. And then they expect you to open the app to confirm. But Avens inept programmers make logging into the app take super long (no login should b necessary, my security is tight). We won't have this card for long. My day isn't all about jumping through Aven hoops. #cubris is coder hubris.

Hopefully at times there may be a review of the credit limit where it could be increased and perhaps if there’s an adjustment on the cash back, I’ve seen some ads where it’s 3% that could be maybe up for existing customers as well
A bit sketchy
App often fails to use apple face id even after setting it up multiple times. Fails to remember password which must be reset often.

From application to funding, arguably the easiest online/app process I have experienced.
Scam
They charge me 2 payments supposed to be one payment included the interest charge but I start see another interest charges
Touch ID Problem
The app itself is great apart from getting logged in. What’s the point of having Touch ID if you also have to log in with a Code AND a Password- Every Time you log in? Is this a bug?
App is terrible.
The application process is seamless, but the app is buggy. I’ve tried to enter autopay information but it won’t update. Overall, the app prioritizes aesthetics over quality.

Daily Caps Not Advertised
Terrible product, I replaced my heloc for a daily cap that wasn’t advertised so I can’t use the credit card and a 2.5% cash advance fee that would not be present with a normal heloc…. Maybe the worst product I’ve gotten into in my last 10 years….
Activity?
I open the app and go to the Activity tab. I can’t find my actual card activity (I.e. charges and payments). I tap every single button on every tab. It’s just not there. What’s the point of the app then?

Misleading information! Misinterpretation!!! Stay clear
I called in to take advantage of the 100 months interest free apr. I asked the rep on the phone what does it mean on the first 1000 he stated 1000 at a time. He kept beating around the bush and stated we wont know until you apply. It’s not true your first 1000 is interest free the rest is at 18% be vary care this bank doesn’t have to be transparent as big banks.

Very fast, smooth and easy process
App Needs A Lot Of IMPROVEMENTS
The application and all is a breeze the app on the other hand wasn’t. It’s very simple and that’s the problem. Example, on the notification setting, really there is only one setting. No options where or how to send notifications. I had two transactions and I didn’t receive any text or email about my cards activities. So there still room for improvements and I hope they do it soon.

Great rewards card, bad website, terrible app
Biometric login works about half the time and the app is primarily focused on getting users to get home equity line instead of information about their account. Have to scroll past ads and videos marketing home equity to see cc transactions. There is no way to connect to Quicken or to even download raw transactions to import to Quicken. Wound up downloading monthly and having ChatGPT convert to CSV.

If you’re all electronic, support is key, and Aven is lagging
I have been waiting so long for this line to be properly activated. There are things I can theoretically do to help, but I can’t submit docs to Aven without submitting a support request. When you reach out to support they email you instantly and say we got your message, please wait 1-2 days. Then you wait and wait. And wait. I am super disappointed in Aven thus far.

The person who helped me set up my card was very helpful. It was nice talking to a real person instead of talking to a computer.
Buggy App
Can’t add account to auto pay after multiple retries. Happy to provide snapshots. What a buggy app ? I am now worried that this is a legit company when not able to support essential functionality. Beware before you trust and give PII data to the app.
