超级复杂的流动保安编码启用流程
想在一台新设备上登陆的话需要重新启用新设备的流动保安编码，但是如果不登陆的话又启用不了，如果启用不了的话又没有办法登陆，完全死循环 就算用一次性验证码成功登陆了，启用保安编码流程也非常繁琐。需要重新认证身份证信息，还要强制重置保安密码。望改进

中英混用显示名称很别扭，字段长，又显示不全
转账还要输入密码，汇丰，渣打，恒生都是人脸识别

Mobile token issue
When I open the BOCHK app it ask me to create a 6 digit mobile token. After jumping all the hoops and typing 6 digits and confirming… I get an error message like “ System busy try again later” and it takes me back to step one. This has happened many times like today on 2026-06-02.

Convenient and fast
I transfer money to my securities account through EDDA,very smooth and fast.
Hard to use
Small keyboard with no vibration, and having to print my complicated password every time I make a transaction. I have no idea why I have to print my password in the case you already have my Face ID or my fingerprint.

App performance is slow, login page take 20+ sec, Face ID feature only work once then disappear everytime require login w/pw. Interface is complicate too much services not clean and simple enough

A want to catch it all app but too slow
1. too slow, you may have already finished your transactions with HSBC HK app but you are still waiting to log in with BOCHK app 2. Really? For so many years no single person at BOCHK noticed that on iPhone the app names always shows “BOCHK中銀…”, really no one cares about the branding? How about showing “BOCHK” and “中銀香港” based on the system language 3. Why so many changes on the app and you can never be familiar of the app, and basically there’s a new version of T&C you need to agree every month.

The most stupid app!
This is really stupid app! So many updates! And they do not allow old iPhone to use the app! So stupid IT people!
Basically works but it’s slooooow!
The app works and allows you to do most banking functions but it’s slow. Molasses slow, sloth slow, glacial slow. If you’re using it to trade securities; forget it. By the time you manage to log in, switch to invest and then try to make a trade the window of opportunity is gone. The app also doesn’t allow bids outside of whatever range they deem acceptable. With fast moving stock movement you stuck having to trade within a very narrow range. Use other platforms.
Please rename this app
Feel really uncomfortable with the app name BOCHK中銀香港 when the phone language is set to be English and all the banking apps’ names in the same page are in English. Yes, I am a picky Virgo and really can’t take this disharmony. Please bring back the previous app name BOCHK!!! ASAP!!!
