The interface feels less intuitive, and many functions are harder to find than before. The old version was simpler, cleaner, and more user-friendly. This update feels like a downgrade rather than an improvement. Please consider redesigning the layout and bringing back the simplicity and convenience of the previous version.

The Apps keeps on crashing
Over the past week the app has keep on crashing and I am unable to do anything with it. I cannot see my balance and I cannot pay. Very disappointing. It seems that the new app tries to load too many ads and making this banking app almost impossible to use. It is a banking app, not a game. It needs to work reliably!

The ads appears every time when I enter the app. Also, I still receive marketing emails even I disable the direct marketing email function. ZA Bank separate the email like raising the limit from the marketing emails. So I have to block the emails from ZA Bank. All above is terrible

I used to love this app until recent updates broke its functionality on my iPhone se3 which za admitted was a security flaw during log ins with Touch ID yet they did NOTHING to fix the issue. Such a shame they let their standards fall like this.

I found that the time limit that the Bank set for whatever job I want to do e.g. log in or set up payee etc. is too short. If you can give me one minute that’ll help since not everyone can punch fast on the keyboard. Thanks.

Locked out after 4/5 attempts
I forgot my password and after 4 attempts I went through the verification process and reset the password. Upon returning to login the app says “You reached the maximum number of login attempts. Please recover your password.” I followed the instructions, reset my password again. And received the same notification. I’m locked out of my account and stuck in a loop. HELP

Every time I open the ZA bank app and I have newly copied content in my clipboard, I am notified that the app is pasting whatever my clipboard contains. Developers, please let know what this is about. Update: 5 days later (28/10) Got a developer response yesterday and today I saw an update. App no longer accessing clipboard on opening! Thank you very much. I’m very impressed with your timely response. A comment about the app, which makes it 3/5 stars, is that it does not seem to have gone through much UX testing. It seems the design focuses on lots on cute graphics but is not that intuitive. Great work in progress though!
