What they complain about
- It looks like a scam.
- Interface is confusing and hard to use.
- QR codes do not scan properly.
- App fails to connect to bikes.
Muy mala
Muy difícil de usar. No hay instrucciones
unusable app
two of us got repeated notices we could not connect at bike stations so we could never rent the bikes and were told to sign up for a QR code app which would charge is after 3 day 10 dollars a month . ridiculous . how come app didnt have its own QR code system
Not intuitive. Cannot create account?
With so many apps, like Lime and Uber, it’s very shocking that this app cannot figure out how to make it easy to create a app.
Yap
Useless does nothing yall just trolling by creating this
Poor UX and UD
Bad interface.
Difficult
App doesn’t connect to location or bikes. Ended up not renting the bikes because we couldn’t connect to any bikes in front of us at the bike station.
SCAM
This is one of the many small scams in the city of Barcelona. It’s cheap, which was the first give away but when I signed up to get a bike it charged me for some small internet/tv service that is available locally. Just don’t trust it. There are more legit ways to secure your traveling needs in the city.
Poor poor app
Why in 2023 would you not allow a new user to establish an account and rent a bike.
Doesn’t work
The QR codes do not scan, and unable to unlock. Not user friendly
Awful app
Awful app
SCAM ap! Not official
NOT an official ap, and it IMMEDIATELY has a banner ad that looks like a start a ride button and then steals your credit card information. Doesn’t work with the bikes it’s advertising from and used a similar icon to make you think it’s official.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
This is NOT affiliated with the Smou bike program. They will try to charge your credit card $45 and it will be declined (hopefully) by your card company
This is a scam. Do not download the app.
