Poorly maintained scooter fleet
Many of the bikes are damaged, the breaks on my last one were scary bad. All the phone holders are broken and sadly they don’t appear to get much love on maintenance.
Nothing works
Horrible I tried using my Florida id and it doesn’t work then tried using a Dominican Republic id and that didn’t work. So it has me wondering what is the point of this app. NOT FOR TOURISM

Un servizio con una presenza capillare sulla città; i prezzi sono un po’ alti ma se si usa saltuariamente si può fare.

NON RIESCO A SBLOCCARE PIÙ NESSUN MONOPATTINO. A quanto pare non è solo il mio problema perché un problema simile l’hanno riscontrato anche altri utenti. La chat di “aiuto” non serve a niente! So 2 settimane che ci scrivo e niente. Piuttosto sono costretto a prendere le bici e i car sharing.

I really want to like the team,but their support is non existent. App lost connectivity with the moped and I could not finish the ride for over 40 minutes. Support chat was in a bot loop. And I got charged for 58minutes while I used it for 10. I am trying to get refunded and again I am in support bot loop, email is not replied to. Disappointed!

Worst app ever.
Took 24 euros from me. Made me get international permit. Submitted information multiple times via chat and email. I still can’t use the service. The chat service doesn’t work on iPhone. The worst experience ever.
Mancano funzionalità
Nella vecchia app era possibile calcolare la distanza tra la propria posizione e uno scooter. Nella nuova no. E poi che vuol dire “termina il ride”? Ma parlate come magnate!
Servizio in continuo peggioramento
Una volta funzionava tutto bene. Adesso… Problemi di collegamento, noleggi che non partono, scooter che non funzionano, noleggi che non si chiudono. Ma soprattutto una volta c’era un vero Servizio Clienti che oggi è totalmente scomparso.
Precio un poco caro
El servicio esta bien, pero si lo usas bastante es caro. Un trayecto de 8 minutos 4 euros lo veo excesivo.

Only for international drivers license!
Terrible service and cannot use if you have American license. Waited 30 minutes to just find out I can’t be verified, wish they had that somewhere clearly written before waisting my time. Contacted customer service and explained I had no problem getting a car rental for the whole week and driving anywhere without restrictions on roads like Amalfi coast drive.

Non si trovano più i dati dei noleggi, ne ricevo le fatture /ricevute con i dettagli dei noleggi. Cosi non posso chiedere il Rimborso spese all’azienda senza i dati.
Grande potenziale ma servizio sprecato
L’app rende comodo viaggiare in città, peccato che mentre ti metti i caschi e li riponi praticamente ti rubano 1/2€. Spesso i bauli non si aprono o non si chiudono, prendendo tempo->soldi tramite un disservizio. Più di una volta mi sono imbattuto i. Moto con caschi rotti, specchietti che non rimangono minimamente in posizione, frecce rotte e qualche volta freni. Quasi sempre fatte le segnalazioni, ma mai una volta avuto ne un riscontro ne un rimborso. Ridicolo il servizio clienti inesistente. Non credo avranno altri soldi da me considerando i costi.

Scam - they hate Americans
Don’t fall for this scam. They will collect your address email and passport details but have NO intention of allowing you to use the app. They will make you wait while pending. Use another service that appreciates what America has done for Europe.
Amazing service but bikes need an update.
Love Cooltra, don’t take me wrong. They have a wide service area in the cities they operate, customer service is really helpful and price per min is okish. My complaint is regarding the bikes - poor maintenance, sometimes a mirror broken, tires are not always full and can feel insecure with rain or irregular road, so if there was more maintenance or at least more effective, it would be amazing. Overall a great service and app. Thank you
Un app per la gente che non sa parcheggiare
Vedo i motorini di questo app lasciati in mezzo della strada, un mezzo delle strisce pedonali, in posti più spropositati. Non c’è un modo neanche di segnalare un parcheggio abusivo. Evidentemente pensato per questo tipo di persona
Manutenzione
Comodi, molto cari per la qualità che offrono. Hanno bisogno di molta manutenzione. Spesso ho problemi con caschi, bauletti, poggia piedi etc.

De pire en pire
Avant les scooters étaient pourris mais au moins il y en avait. Depuis septembre de moins en moins de scooters disponible et un service client toujours inexistant. Dommage de prendre les clients pour des cons.
Falla mucho
La app de por si tiene una idea bastante cómoda pero hay siempre motos en el radar que luego no están, más de una vez he perdido muchísimo tiempo para luego no encontrarlas. Además el precio es bastante alto por el servicio

Compte suspendu sans explication
Et 4 jours ouvrables pour verifier une photo. On regrette Cityscoot. (MAJ 28/3/24) serveur indisponible, interface deplorable, ne nous payons pas de mots, il y a encore beaucoup de travail!

I have a US Driving license and an international driving license, I can drive vehicles but for some reason they won’t accept the Intern. DL to be able to drive them. Seems pretty unreasonable

Mala calidad
La aplicación y todo lo que quieras está bien, pero la calidad de las motos deja mucho que desear, la mayoría tienen la dirección mal y si tienen poca batería ya ni te digo, te tira a 20 en una recta y en una subida ya ni te tira, al menos que avisen en la aplicación que la moto literalmente no va a tirar, que nos ha dejado en medio de la carretera tirados.

I love the service but same as another reviewer I find lately it intermittently only works with wifi. Luckily the customer service is great and has always helped me - but the app’s reliability has let me down a few times.

Is a great product when visiting the city! If you look around a little you can find scooters that have discounts in out of the way areas (my stay was close to the edge of the boundaries) Great for getting to the grocery and around town! Seems like it would be a good service, if only the app worked
I was very excited to use this service to get around Paris while I am here for a few weeks. However, the app is buggy and does not work well at all. Once I got verified, I tried to take a scooter, but not scooters shows up on the map. The customer service suggested I delete/reinstall the app, and then I was unable to login or even reset my password or make a new login. I’ll have to find another option.

I am a puertorrican (US citizen) with an international drivers permit but since my address is from PR they would not let me use the services. Was told that my address needed to be from the mainland because my passport is from US. I explained that PR is part of USA but it was no use. When trying to find another option the agent just ended the chat. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED!

I love/hate eCooltra. The service is brilliant, scooters are good, customer service very friendly. The app itself is horrible. It often fails, returns an error or takes much too long when it does work. It’s not uncommon for me to reserve a scooter and spend more time with customer service than riding. Get it together folks.
