Es buena, pero como usuaria frecuente, a menudo tengo problemas con la conexión de la aplicación a mi cuenta, o con bicicletas que no se registran cuando regresan a su estación, etc. Sería bueno que estos problemas no ocurrieran tan a menudo.

La aplicacion se sale del loging y despues no da opcion para cambiar el pin. El numero de ayuda no funciona.

Clunky app UI and faulty bike locking mechanisms. From reading other reviews seems like I’m not the only one with these issues. There are a million bike hire services in Valencia - look elsewhere

Technical issues that cost users 50 euro
Overall, the bike rental service is okay — the idea is convenient and the daily price of around €4 is reasonable. However, there is a serious issue with the condition of the bike docking stations. Very often they are damaged, worn out, or simply not working properly. If the bike is not docked perfectly, or if the system fails to register the return, the service automatically charges a €50 penalty. I find this completely disproportionate, especially considering that these issues are often caused by technical problems with the docking stations, not by the user. In our case, the bike was returned correctly, but due to problems with the docking point, we still faced issues. Charging €50 for technical faults of the service itself is excessive. Because of this experience, I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it.

La app funciona bastante bien, solo que a las bicis deberían darle mantenimiento más seguido porque algunas tienen problemas en la parte de la cadena que hace que no tire bien la bici

Good service but app needs modernised
I love using Valenbisi but this app is seriously basic and outdated with poor user experience. Feels like something from 2012. The city map is too low contrast so the grey and blue colours are similar and it’s difficult to quickly see where I am or where the stations are. Also I would like to see the metro stations and landmarks on the map so I can also locate myself and the bike stations quickly. I would like to see the stats of the bikes in the station menu before I choose a bike (when I press “release Valenbisi”) eg recent maintenance, specific reports from other users such as broken light or issues with gears, and a better star rating system. The 3 star rating doesn’t make sense because users can only rate bicycles good or bad so how do you get a rating out of 3 stars? Please invest more into this app for better functionality. Thank you

Llevo usando Valenbisi 4 años, me encanta. Es un servicio muy bueno que utilizo a diario. El único problema el aparcamiento. No podría numerar la cantidad de veces que voy a aparcar…. y no hay bicis. Vivi 6 meses en budapest y su servicio de bicis era muy similar con una excepción: - aparcabas las bicis en la zona separación SIN tener que enganchar la bici a ninguna estación. De esta manera siempre podías aparcar las bicis. PORFA incorpóralo :). El resto todo maravilloso.
Awful application!
I have to reinstall it at least once a month, because it stops working, gives errrors, does not release bycicles properly. It's a disaster. Once it works - it works, but then something happens again.

la app es muy difícil de usar, tengo mucho rato intentando registrarme y el servicio es malísimo y yo y todos mis amigos íbamos a pagar un plan largo pero ya no vamos a pagar nada porque es muy difícil usar la aplicación y no nos deja registrarnos no me quiero imaginar cuántos clientes habrán perdido, por lo difícil que es la app y por las 1000 trabas que pone el proceso. Conozco muchas personas que han dejado usar el servicio solamente por la aplicación.
Do not use- SLOWER than walking
I never leave reviews on here but I’m going out of my way to say that these bikes are the worse I’ve ever ridden in my life. The app wasn’t difficult to use but these bikes are slower and harder than walking, me and my family each bought a day pass and only used an hour or so. Terribly designed bikes feels like you’re cycling through mud

Most of the bicycles are broken. There are not enough bicycles, in the morning it is a problem to find one, in the evening it is a problem to find a parking place.
Let down by the bikes
Great service but these are the worst city bikes I have used. The frame must be 50kg in weight, solid steel. You get 3 gears, you’ll only use 1 and 2 unless you’re doing some downhill racing. But both gears 1 and 2 are rubbish. Also you get fined if you exceed 30 minutes ride. You can’t ride far in 30 minutes because riding these is so unpleasant. Even city bikes in Mexico have electric assistance. Come on Valencia!
Satisfied with service
Used Valenbisi for one full year during my academic exchange. Took the annual subscription right away and used a valenbisi bike almost everyday, and throughout the entire city. Great service for a cheap price. Thank you 🫡

Reliable app and bikes
Create an account and subscribe. This is fairly straightforward, and once you are set up it’s plain sailing. Find bikes nearby, unlock with the app and away you go. I had 16 bikes in 4 days, just one or two had issues and it was easy to swap with another from the same stand. When the system failed to recognise that my partners bike Had docked we were able to call a helpline from the app and were put through to an English speaker on request who quickly resolved the issue.
Overcharged
When i was done riding and returned my bike, the thing beeped but the timer in the app didn’t stop for another 225 minutes after my 15 minute ride. I was charged an additional €10, ridiculous. Don’t use this service.
The app works, but the bikes are average
Saw same reviews, but to me all was quite straightforward, didn’t ask me for an id, my german card worked fine. Only downside is that you can’t rent them in time bases manner. But I knew it beforehand

Doesn’t work when you want to reset the pin. Doesn’t work with new accounts either. Totally useless.

WARNING: cannot delete your cc info
I was in Valencia for business 13-19 April 2024. Signed up for one week pass for €14. Had to submit a CC# in the app to pay. The app was easy. I actually enjoyed using the bikes all week. HOWEVER…. I had one ride that went over 30min allowed time and ended up with an extra charge of €4,16 which is not a big issue. I am TRYING to pay them. I have contacted their customer service numerous times asking them to please charge my card the final €4,16 owed so I can remove my card from their database and delete my account. More than a week has passed and they will not help and now my CC info is in their app and I have no control of the account. Absolutely absurd how how incompetent their people are to not be able to resolve such a simple and mundane task. So… beware that your CC can be at risk by using this app & service due to their incompetence at settling final invoices and allowing you to close the account.
Good value, easy to use
Was in Valencia for a week and this is such an amazing way to see the city. Easily sort the subscription directly from the app (no need for ID number - just press done and continue - it lets you). Beautiful central parks and lots of dedicated cycle lanes and traffic lights so it feels safe. My criticism - would be good to have a cheaper 1 or 3 day pass for shorter trips. Also, it’s very easy to see how many bikes are available at your stations, but once you’re on the go it doesn’t switch to showing you how many docks are available (is this because you can get more than one bike out on the same account? I didn’t try this).

Initial review below. The app now is really great. I didn’t understand the parked bikes toggle that you can use and the reservation system is great. Still strange to me that I can’t change my email but the support team come Monday (didn’t respond over the weekend) was actually quite helpful despite what their other online reviews said. Sign in continues to give me an “error occurred” message and the map doesn’t tell me how many bikes are at a stand without clicking on each one which is a bit of a frustrating user experience. I am flabbergasted how this made it past beta testing as my wife and I both can’t use this… Update: turns out it is because I have two accounts with one email so it’s roulette as to which email it’s picking at the time of sign in. Still unable to sign in for my wife and I’m completely unable to change the email 😔
Doesn't seem to work without NIF for one day rental
As far as I can see, the app and website will let you rent for a week without a NIF (Spanish federal id number) but not for a day. Listed nowhere in FAQs or on order flow pages but inferred from order flow pages. Very poor app design for on-boarding customers. Do better.
Très bien, mais attention aux disponibilités
L’application est très bien, très pratique et surtout pas chère. Il y a pleins de stations, ce qui permet de naviguer facilement dans toute la ville. Cependant, attention, il arrive régulièrement qu’il n’y ait plus de vélos disponibles, ou bien plus de places disponibles. Étant étudiant, il arrive que je ne trouve plus de places dans les stations du campus, ce qui engendre un retard à mes cours, ou bien un surcoût puisque je dépasse les 30 minutes gratuites, étant obligé d’attacher le vélo ailleurs le temps d’aller à mes cours.
