What people like
- FGV train schedule info is perfect
What they complain about
- App crashes or freezes instantly
- Timetables disappear randomly while using it
- Adding favorites causes the app to close
Doesn’t load
App won’t load past the white entry screen no matter what type of connection I had. I was all the way out in the suburbs so i had no way of knowing when trains were coming because there are no info screens. This also prevented me from knowing any of the closures or detours I had to take (which I don’t even know if it tells you in the app because I never got to use it). If it works for you I hope it works great and helps you along your way.
Nunca funciona
Horrible
App crashes instantly. Never works. Don’t download. Crazy how the developers not fixing this bug despite it being around for several years now
No funciona
Don’t bother, use the website
Use the website. This app simply does not work. It crashes by itself without performing any actions after 10 seconds. The developers really need to do better testing because this is unacceptable.
Useless
App constantly crashes
Rubbish!
Hopeless. Downloaded the app and then it froze. Deleted and re-downloaded numerous times but no change. Ridiculous that the “official” app is so bad.
Absolutely useless
The app used to work reasonably well but for the last 6 months it just freezes after a of minutes use I have removed it from my phone now as it’s not worth having
Tirrible
- synchronization is very very slow. I waited about 1-2 minutes for complete and I thought that app stucked. - registration procedure is incorrect. At first time I entered just email and password and leave all other field empty (name, address and etc .). When I tried complete to do that in User Profile(I was logged in and email was confirmed ), it show me “user with that email already exist ). And that why I logged out , and made new registration with new email and complete all fields at the time of registration. - add new bank card is not work. It’s mean that impossible to recharge Travel Card
