Funds had disappeared on account
Not all bikes were up to the quality. 2 of us rented but one isn’t up to quality. Breaking isn’t as good & seemed to be stuck. Then the unused funds of €35 disappeared in the account for both of us. And they are so difficult to get hold to as you can only report via their *Help tab on the app… so far no answer and bye bye €35. Never again!
Convenient but tricky to end a ride and lock up.
Great service. Really nice way to get around. The end ride function did not work great. After locking and unlocking a few times got the ride to end.
Keine Löschmöglichkeit
Weder in der App noch auf der Website kann man sein Account löschen. Auch bestehen nur sehr schlechte und eingeschränkte Kontaktmöglichkeiten zum Support. Ich habe dann den Anbieter über Instagram angeschrieben und dort wurde der Account dann auch wirklich schnell gelöscht. Wieso jedoch man diesen Weg beschreiten muss, will mich nicht einleuchten. Gute Idee, leider ein etwas unseriös wirkender Anbieter. Ich rate dringend dazu, das im Hinterkopf zu haben.

Scam!
The top up must be higher than the price of the the daily pass of a bike. The payment method is made for paying extra - it’s a trick and I don’t understand how people can recommend this. Furthermore, the bikes have the worst quality and are not clean (sticky everywhere).
Good ride
Great ride. Sometimes have to restart the app when you pause riding. I went over by 3 minutes and they credited my account back for the overages. I recommend it again.
Great but hard to lock
Great bike, I’ve enjoyed using it. Basket and phone holder is great. But very hard to lock.

Non-existing customer support
Contacted support because I was charged double. No answer whatsoever. Totally ignored and double billed. Avoid this company!

alles per app, mit kreditkarte, zu erledigen, schön wären noch mehr sprachen und zur übersicht am ende fehlte mir eine karte der gefahrenen route, das rad war top, incl halterung fürs handy, bei einer pause kann das rad abgeschlossen werden, bedienung in der app, kein schlüssel notwendig, fahrt ca 50km mit 1 akku, stand wird im display angezeigt, max 25km/h schnell, es hat spaß gemacht, ort malloca, cala estancia ☀️
Good app, bikes in serious need of maintenance
The app works flawlessly. The bikes however need maintenance. One bike had an issue where the motor only worked at 25%, not fun on a hilly island! The other bike had workout crankshaft bearings.

Slechte service
In Rome problemen gehad met accu Vd fiets , op de app geen support te vinden die je gelijk kunnen helpen. Ook toen ze gebeld werden door hotel geen enkele reactie gehad , 10 km zonder ondersteuning terug moeten fietsen ! Wel €32 van mijn rekening afgeschreven!

Die App ist ok, leider aber nicht mehrsprachig, weshalb nicht jede/r damit zurecht kommen wird. Was gar nicht geht ist die Reichweite der eBikes. Voll geladen kaum mehr als 25 km ist echt ein Witz, sorry das geht gar nicht, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein will.

Really enjoyed these bikes. It was my first time trying a hybrid bike and loved it, especially going up hill. Easy to lock, with integrated cycle lock, holder for phone, and a convenient basket to hold everything you need for the day. Would definitely use again.
