Finalment funciona! Al principi l’app era molt lenta i sovint ni s’obria, cosa que m’obligava a desinstal·lar-la i tornar-la a instal·lar. Ara funciona sempre sense problemes. Propera fita: integrar-la al wallet! Força! 💪 Finally it works! At the beginning the app was very laggy and often wouldn’t even open, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall it. Now it always works without issues. Next step: integrate it into the wallet! Go for it!
Poorest experience, they just need to invest in getting on the Apple train.
Absolutely horrible experience with the app, clunky and difficult to use. ATM just needs to invest the time and money to get this right by integrating into Apple transit. I get stuck behind so many people because their app won’t work. Stop cutting corners and give us a solution that actually works and saves riders time
Funciona pero
La app funciona pero el funcionamiento es muy limitado. La tarjeta debería funcionar offline, ya que dentro de la estación de metro no hay señal. Ya me pasó varias veces que tuve que salir para tener conexión. No tiene integración con Apple wallet, siempre hay que abrir la app y presionar validar. Les pido mejoren la app!
Recarga título en el móvil
Tengo mi tarjeta que al caducar no hay manera de poder recargar el título, he intentado de varias maneras. Es una vergüenza que salga ese tipo de error.

Set your App Store region to Spain!
I couldn’t get the app to work, but the TMB team on Facebook messenger helped me figure it out. Turns out I had downloaded the e-wallet app using my USA App Store account, and the app needs to be downloaded from the Spain region App Store in order to work properly. It works now!
Excuses
I see developer excuses replying to every review about technical limitations. I’d invite you to visit Paris or Tokyo. There’s simply no excuse for not offering a modern mobile pass that actually works.
Muy mejorable en iPhone
La implementación en iPhone es bastante decepcionante. No está integrada con Apple Wallet ni con el modo Express, así que hay que abrir la app y validar manualmente antes de acercar el móvil. Además, si el iPhone se queda sin batería, no puedes viajar. Técnicamente funciona, pero la experiencia está muy por detrás de lo que debería ofrecer una tarjeta de transporte digital en 2026.
Molt mala experiència d’us, torno a la targeta física
Pèssima implementació, al meu entendre no hauria de fer falta aquesta aplicació. La cartera d’Apple es pot obrir prement dues vegades el botó d’encesa. Encara que he provat de posar una drecera al botó d’acció, el fet d’estar al costat esquerre, almenys per mi es incòmode. He tornat al suport físic.
T-Familar lässt sich nicht aufladen
Nach dem aufwändigen Anmeldeprozess konnte ich die Wallet installieren. Tickets für die Familie. Super. Es hat auch funktioniert, aber Aufladen scheint unmöglich. Neustart hat nichts gebracht. Deinstallieren scheint keine Option. Nur was für Hardcore-Digitalisierer?
Don’t buy if you are from the US
Despite my entering my US address, the app waited until after charging to announce that it didn’t work with US phones. At this point, I want to move my purchase to my paper card and not convert my Apple ID to Europe (possibly messing up other settings).
Why not Apple Wallet?

Pésimo servicio
Solo se puede usar la app con la configuración del móvil en “región España”. Vivo aquí pero tengo cuentas y gestiones de Estados Unidos, no puedo cambiar toda la configuración de mi móvil para esta simple aplicación. Además que los fondos de la app no son transferibles a una tarjeta física. Ahora tengo dos opciones: cambiar toda la configuración del móvil (afecta las apps, la billetera virtual, subscripciones etc) o volver a pagar la tarifa completa por la tarjeta que compré. Ridículo. Habiliten para todas las regiones y nadie tendría este problema!!!

Does not work if you have both the TMBApp and FGC App installed together in your phone. Useless
WARNING
Do not use this app. Once you purchase a pass, it will never let you use it displaying an NFC error. Nonexistent customer service. You will never see your money again. I wonder how this scam is even legal. Such an embarrassment for otherwise excellent Barcelona public transport.
Doesn’t work from US App Store
You can download the app from the US store. But when you launch the app it freezes at the start up screen. Nothing else happens. I understand that Apple restricts NFC access for transit apps to EU regions. However, it might be worth reconsidering publishing the app on the US App Store if it is not usable by travelers from outside the EU. Having the app available globally creates confusion for international visitors who download it expecting it to work, only to find it freezes or fails to function. This leads to frustration and negative reviews, which I’m sure is not your intention. Perhaps adding a clear note in the App Store description explaining that “This app only works for iPhones set to an EU region due to Apple NFC restrictions” or restricting availability to EU countries would help set proper expectations.
