It’s not just an app, it’s an experience! 10/10 would use it again
Why bother when it doesn’t even work?
Tapping the card to my phone has worked on occasion, but is inconsistent. Just switch to apple pay already for metro! Nobody wants to use a separate proprietary card. If madrid can figure it out why not Barcelona.

Visc a fora de Catalunya i fins ara quan baixava mai sabia si em.quedaven viatges a la targeta , ara ho puc consultar i a més a més recarregar. De moment content.
Almost unusable
It’s embarrassing how bad this app is. Reading physical card with NFC works 1 out of 20 times. You can’t buy or recharge virtual card. Layout/navigation in the the app is silly. If it worked reliably, it could have been one of the most convenient virtual transport cards in EU. Short of only native Apple Wallet transit cards in Paris/US/Asia. The way it currently is, it’s just disappointing.
Authorization issues
Once you create an account in TMB - you create it using Google account. And when you back to the t-mobilitat you need to have Email + Password that you don’t have

Sistema de recarga falla
Tiene un problema y es que, en varias ocasiones, me ha pasado que no me deja cargar la tarjeta con la app. Reconoce la tarjeta, te deja introducir los datos de pago y luego termina diciendo que hay un problema y no se puede proceder con el pago
App con potencial pero le falta
La app tiene dificultar para reconocer la tarjeta con el iphone sin embargo se logra hacer alejándola unos pocos centímetros del teléfono, sin embargo no es claro si puedo usar el teléfono para pasar los torniquetes
Worst app of the year for sure
It doesn’t work properly on IOS. And it seems they needed 7 years to design it..Perhaps they should wait 7 more years before sending it to the store.. El nivell dels informàtics de la ATM és brutal, 7 anys per dissenyar la t-mobilitat i encara no han aconseguit que sigui operativa amb IOS d’apple…potser podrien anar a informar-se a altres ciutats europees com ho han fet en un plis plas..:

No deixa carregar be la targeta virtual desde la app, es a dir que pots estar facilment 1 hora per poder recarregar la targeta i encara així no la pots fer servir a l’altra app de cartera, es horrorósa aquesta aplicació
Buena App
La app funciona bien, pero aún no puedes agregar la tarjeta t mobilitat en Wallet. Esperemos que en próximas actualizaciones ya se pueda hacer.

I meet the requirements for the password and does not accept it, can’t even create an account. Why don’t they upgrade this app with 1 star review overall?
Depen de la funció
Porto des de que va sortir la targeta física, recarregant-la des d’aquesta aplicació. La recàrrega de targeta fisica sempre m’ha anat bé, tot i que a vegades costa que el mobil detecti la targeta, pero tot és qüestió d’anar provant. El meu problema ha sigut al intentar recarregar la cartera T-mobilitat. Se’m queda carregant, i no m’ho permet. Porto més d’una setmana intentant-ho a diari, i no m’ha funcionat. Tampoc he trobat cap lloc on expliqui perque passa ni com solucionar-ho. Estic bastant decepcionada, tenint en compte que fins ara no m’havia donat cap problema.
Fantásticamente mal.
La aplicación no permite acceder con la cuenta anterior, aunque se cobró el dinero por el abono mensual, pero aun así no funciona. Los empleados del metro no dejan pasar, a pesar de que ven que el abono está activo y pagado. Sorprende el nivel de los desarrolladores de IT que crearon esta aplicación. Solo queda desearles que en su vida utilicen productos de calidad similar…
Escaneo de la tarjeta y pago
Sería 5 estrellas si no costase tanto escanear cada vez la tarjeta cuando entras en la aplicación. Aparte cada vez que tengo que recargar nunca me acepta el pago de inmediato tengo que intentarlo varias veces o esperar un tiempo para volver a intentarlo….
T-mobilitat wallet does not work
I paid 50 euros for a 90 day pass on my phone. I thought it would be easier than using the plastic card. After a few days of using it without issue the tmobilitat wallet stopped working and now only shows a white screen.

La idea es buena pero no es practico, por ejemplo siempre se necesita la tarjeta no funciona en el teléfono.

This is the worst app I have ever tried. It doesn't work at all. It’s like a children without any experience did it.

App functions not working and leads to circles: essentially needs a lot of UX and simplifying.
Doesn’t work
I charged my transport ticket and I wasn’t able to validate my ticket in any BCN bus. It takes ages to arrive and isn’t working. Well done!
No queda guardada la tarjeta
Necesitan mejorar esta App. Cada vez que la abro me pide que le acerque la tarjeta pero queda guardada, ni la lee en el App el scanner del transporte. Nada amigable de usar.
This app is useless
I can’t even login because it’s not sending the activation email to me. The app will also not scan my card. I’m going to have to go to the office in person, which means this app is completely useless.
Es difícil escanear la tarjeta
No sólo es difícil, sino que ahora entré a la app y no aparece la tarjeta que me costó tanto escanear y ahora tengo que volverla a escanear!!!
