Giving up my print paper habit of 50 year! Wow to the digital version of print
I did it. WSJ on my iPad is easy to read, intuitive and fun!
Breaks with half screen view
Listen up developers: this app needs fixing so that it stops the almost daily screen freeze / partial screen view. Perhaps AI will fix what you couldn’t do one and for all.

App doesn’t work well
It interrupts spotify and i cannot find the magazine
Considering the cost, this is a terrible product.
First of all, just opening the app turns off the audio from any other active app, such as music. This happens, even if you don’t choose to listen to the article being read aloud by a bot. In terms of a bot voice you can do much better. Plus, you cannot pause the audio. It restarts. And there are frequent pauses with starts and stops. WSJ, you can do better.

iPad version not working since OS upgrade to iOS 15
Update:( 19 May 2022):The app still behaves same. No change. Reducing the star as no response from Dow Jones Developer on this Previously commented on 9 Mar 2022: The app was working fine earlier. But now ,even after deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, nothing happens on attempt to open the app. The app screen opens with white background and remains there till eternity. Is somebody looking into this or we can dump the app and forget?

日本語版のWST
日本語版のWSTは面白いです。私は英語が理解できないので、この英語のアプリはあまり実になりません。
WSJ app rocks
Nothing else to say!
Great in my iPad
I really like being able to read the WSJ on my iPad. It’s also convenient to have several days downloaded so I can always catch up if I miss a day.
Poor implementation
On iPad moving around the page snaps to a useless grid. Often reverts back to the first page. Selecting the “continued on page x” just takes you to that page, not the remaining part of the article.
WSJ Direction under Trump
I count on WSJ daily. A lot of people do. Rupert Murdoch’s presence in the Oval Office a few days after WSJ published criticism of Trump’s tariffs against Canada and Mexico was chilling. I hope and expect the WSJ to adhere to their standards of objective, fact-based analysis, not influenced by Trump or any President.
Pretty good, but have 2 big issues.
1 the apps setting is supposed to allow me to store up to 10 issues @ a time, but as many times as I try it still only saves 7 even though the setting says 10. Additionally it would be nice if there was a way for me to easily open articles in PDF form if I wish to annotate them with my stylus.
Perfect
I love the layout and minimalism. Easy to click, read, flip. So happy there are no comments!!!
Awful
I used to read the WSJ via Download and pdf-Reader. Now I‘m forced to Uwe this awful app. It does'nt move the pages smoothly, it permanently snaps back and I‘m fighting all the time to see what I want. Especially the headlines are Not really sharp. Each ordinary pdf-Reader does far better.I‘m very disapponted and want my pdf back!
Functional and timely
Well laid out app. Provides access to print version of WSJ. Only down side - could be updated during the day to be more timely.
Second Rate
Once WSJ had a great app for viewing the paper’s stories via the iPad. Recently that was dropped and we are now left with this. Very difficult to navigate between stories. So sad.
Best Source of News
Still the best source of “news”, and opinions are on the clearly labeled as such, unlike other so-called news media. Just wish they’d keep the honorifics when referring to individuals…
WJS Excellent
Even a geezer like me can read the’modern’ e-paper with complete ease…and a pair of glasses.
Better than print
I have been a subscriber since 1990 initially it was a little strange to use the digital version of the paper but now I prefer it !
Almost perfect
It be best if it kept the last position on a page when closed.
Prefer to regular app
Perhaps I am old school but much prefer the print edition. Reading articles is not difficult at all, and I feel I get to access more content than less. Very pleased with it.
Happy with Print Edition
First rate reporting and print edition is like becoming a kid again and going to the candy store. Next best thing to picking up an actual paper and reading in my favourite chair. Reporting provides an important breadth of views/opinions to augment my NYT online subscription. Thanks
Incredible App
One of the best apps that feels like the actual paper.
Mr S Ramesh
Good App, though less of business news appears in the summary Thank you.
Love this App
I use this app to keep updated on WSJ news and etc...
Easy to navigate
Flipping pages on the phone is a feature I like. Very intuitive.
Great paper
A paper that I enjoy reading online as much as I can. It provides news and information on a sophisticated level.
Closest to getting that “newspaper in newsprint” feeling!
Don’t know if this is do-able - can’t articles be printed in the newspaper format? Current functionality does not allow this.
