Great
The app does exactly what’s says it will! Opens stl files allows manipulation 360 degree viewing along with capabilities to zoom in and out with precise clarity! Great and functional just the way I had hoped!
Works for 30 secs
App constantly quits as soon as it loads an stl. 2.0 is still riddled with ads, listen I’m not against ads but every damn minute is annoying.

Working great with every single STL file I’ve thrown at it lately and it’s just worked!!! Lets me preview some files on my iPhone before I try to print them!!!

Too many ads but few other alternatives for a simple viewer
Ended up purchasing the remove ads option as there are so few STL viewers out there. One thing that really annoys is there is no way to set the colour and make it stay! I’m fed up with the colour changing, it’s a nightmare to select a colour for background and for the model then you go to the next model and you can’t even retain those colours! You also can’t export a jpg either. The info said purchasing remove ads would activate the graphics bar, so I thought that would release a save as jpg option but no and export does nothing even once purchased, for a view it’s better than others and had a option to buy no the that did the simple things like export a jpg and save selected colours for viewing I would of btu this was all I could find. It works and you can see all the model.

Victor Bovio makes another app called Meshman 3D Viewer for STL DXF OBJ DAE 3DS FBX
Victor Bovio has written an in my opinion a way better app for viewing STL files and yes you do not get the app closer issue every 5 files you view like you get in STL simple viewer app. It is well worth the 6.99 for Meshman 3D Viewer for STL DXF OBJ DAE 3DS FBX plus you get all of these other file formats you can view and even export to from another. I’m guessing the answer is in the name of this app it’s supposed to be a Simple STL viewer and that is what it does. His Meshman 3D Viewer for STL DXF OBJ DAE 3DS FBX is again way better and you get way more features included in the one price. Thank you Victor for a great app!

Permanent Werbung, Stürzt immer ab
Es ist so nervig sich irgendwas anzuschauen, es wird immer Werbung eingeblendet und dann auch immer die die ewig lang dauert. Dann stürzt die App ab und man darf sich die Werbung nochmal anschauen, echt geil.

Simple and easy to use STL viewer. Does what it says it will. Paid for the add free version. Good app! A couple other features that would be really great would be a simple way to change/move/edit both the light source and materials. Thanks!
Crashes Too Much
This app has been basically useless as it keeps crashing trying to load files that load anywhere else just fine. The ads work though.

La aplicación cumple su función sin embargo con modelos más complejos se cierra de golpe!! También sería excelente otorgar oportunidad de visualizar dos elementos STL al mismo tiempo. P.D pagué por quitar la publicidad y se cierra :(
Some files don’t load
Some of my files just crash the app, that’s a problem, otherwise pretty good software, adds are annoying but they gotta make money somehow, good but needs some work
Paid for the Ad-Free version but app keeps crashing
The app worked great when it was still loading the adds. I paid for it to support the developer. Now about every 3rd or 4th model I open, it crashes back to the ipad Home Screen and I have to re-launch it. I know it is not a problem with the STL files since I can immediately reopen the file that just crashed the app. Giving it 3 stars since the app works, and works pretty well actually. I‘d love to give it 5, just feeling a little disappointed since it only started crashing after I paid.
Developer is responsive
I complained and downgraded my rating to 2 stars after I started seeing ads (even though i paid to not see them), and somehow without a response felt the developer the problem was resolved. I take it as they read my complaint and acted to fix it. For that I say thank you and I have upgraded my rating to the 5 stars rating you deserve. Super super solid app. Highly recommended to open stls

Simple and perfect
This stl viewer is simple and to the point. I use this app almost daily to review and look at files on the go and before I print them.

Way too many ads, no way to stop them, you can’t purchase a version without ads. You get shown a 15-30 second unskipable ad every time you open a file. It’s so frequent and annoying you might as well not even use the app
Good but Crashes
The app would be a useful tool as it does allow you to view stl files but the app crashes often and takes you to you Home Screen.

If you dont mind adds popping up that take up the entire screen for every 2nd file you open then by all means , use this app. And god forbid if your iPad is sideways because that hides the “x” and you cant close the add until you turn the iPad.

Can't change a single setting without setting off ads. Every single time even if you're trying to quickly compare setting changes. Don't bother with this app. There's several more out there.

Good for what it is
For the most part, I really like this app. It’s a no frills, basic, but solid app for viewing STL files. I’ve had no issues with ads or the app being able to load in larger files. I do have an issue where the app seems unable to get into zip files on its own though. I end up having to go into my Files app, extracting everything from the zip file, then going back into this app. This would be the perfect app if the zip functionality would work.

Awesome app but annoying bug
The app is amazing and is perfect for quickly viewing my STL files before printing. The annoying part that it will randomly,lay close itself after viewing a few files. Fix this and it will be 10/0
