It is extremely slow to search in the App. There is no proper filtering or a user friendly way to go shop through the big number of sellers. The only good use for it is ode identifying some of the good brands and then go to the website or pages to shop through it

Refund Never Received
Very disappointing refund experience. I paid cash for my order, but when I returned an item due to an incorrect size, BOTIT refused to refund me in cash and only offered a bank transfer or wallet credit. The reason I refused is that I had a previous refund with them that was supposedly sent to my bank account, but I never received it. I spent a long time following up, contacted my bank, and could not find any incoming transaction from BOTIT. Their customer support is extremely slow, conversations close before you can respond, and it is very difficult to track or resolve issues through the app. As a result, I have little confidence in their refund process and would not recommend ordering from them unless you are comfortable risking a complicated refund experience.
Bad customer support
They got me a wrong order from elezaby pharmacy and I paid through Instapay. They didn’t deliver on the same day. They want me to initiate new order to get my things they didn’t get and they will initiate the refund process. They want me to wait for 14 days to take my money back, while it is not my fault at all. They want to do bank transfer instead of Instapay or even giving them to me in cash. Application has no option to know if your messages has been responded to or not. You have to refresh. Very long waiting time. They mentioned that they work in certain hours but when I reached out to them on Friday, no one responded during these hours.

Cant sing up
I cant sing up, i keep putting my phone number and i never get the confirmation code i keep clicking resend put i get nothing

Very bad customer service and experience
Bery bad experience, items didnt arrive, no one is answering whatsapp or calls, called them more that 9 times, texted them several times, stayed up till 1 AM waiting for items to arrive but no one showed up, I highly discourage using this app and their horrible customer service.
