اصبح سيء جدا ومنتهى الاهمال
للاسف بعد اخر تحديث خدمة الدفع عبر التطبيق متوقفة ومافيش اي حلول غير الدفع عن طريق اسنتاباي وكل دفعة لوحدها برسوم كبيرة ! يعني احنا كنا معتمدين ع الابلكيشن عشان نستخدم الاقسيط بدون ربا وللاسف غيروا سياستهم فجأة والتطبيق بقى متوقف وفاشل جدا !!

More than Tech issue , unable to make the payments via the app and always there is an update 😂 - CS never helped , never trained , unable to understand anything about the call centre etiquette Poor , cant wait the pay the full amount and delete my account and delete this app

اسوأ خدمة عملاء
اسوأ خدمة عملاء اتعاملت معاهم عملت معاملة دفع ودفعت المقدم واتخصم اول قسط بعد كده من الكارد ثم الكارد اتكسرت وكلمت البنك غيرتها فجالي مسج في ميعاد القسط الجديد انه تم رفض العملية لان البطاقة موقوفة فدخلت دفعت القسط ع التطبيق بالبطاقة الجديدة وحاولت امسح القديمة منفعش لا القسط اللي اتدفع سمّع عندهم وليا 10 ايام يجيلي نفس المسج بتاعة تم رفض المعالمة ع البطاقة القديمة! ولما كلمتهم من اكتر من اسبوع اتقالي اه ظاهر قدامنا انك دافع وبعتنا للادارة عشان تسمع وكمان قالولي ان القسط اتخصم مرتين بالغلط وهيرجعولي واحد! اكتر من اسبوع نفس الكلام بيتكرر ولما حاولت استخدمهم تاني للاسف مرضيش يدفع عشان عليا قسط اللي هو اصلا مدفوع مرتين 😅 الادارة دي لو بيوصلها فعلا الشكاوى لازم تتغير لانهم هيغرقوا التطبيق كله!
Un available update
The app won't open unless i updated it however there is no update available on the app store and I can't open it
ios version issue/ App update
Why would this app even require a certain ios version, it should be accessible to anyone, android whatever ios version available or even Nokia, that’s stupid, i have iPhone 14 and cannot open the app because it needs a certain ios version, i currently have due payments and generally unable to use the app, that’s stupid.
Can’t access the app
Always says you need to update the app to use it, redirects me to the app store and I find no update required.
