The worst customer service
Funny tracking system
The operation team are completely messy. Orders do not get delivered in sequence and each order gets delivered in splits. Tracking order on the app is a big joke, I received some items and their status is still pending on the app. Payment and invoicing is a mess, you have to track and calculate what you receive, to validate the calculation because they make mistakes and they do not send you an invoice if you don't request it and you do not get any proof of payment for your money in case any mistake happens.

التطبيق بيعمل logout و احنا في نص اللايف و مش بيرضي يدخلني تاني و لازم اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء كل مرة عشان يبعتوا الرقم السري و الموضوع ده بقاله فترة طويلة و مش بيتحل
I cannot register from Egypt
My registration cannot be completed and i cannot order!!! I tried to contact the app through chat… it doesn't work… bad start

تم طلب اوردر وتم العلم ان ميعاد توصيل من خلال يوم 10 ديسمبر الى 15 ديسمبر ولم يتم التوصيل حتى يوم 18 ديسمبر وتم الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لمعرفة السبب وتم الرد بان الاوردر غير متاح من seller (علما بانه لم يتم الاتصال والاعتذار ولم يتم ابلاغى قبلها ولم يتم اى حل لعلاج المشكلة سوى اغلاق الطلب فقط) وتم عمل شكوى فى حماية المستهلك وسيتم تصعيدها الى رئيس الهيئة ( تم مشاهدة مالك الفكرة فى حلقات شارك تانك والاعجاب بفكرته وتم القرار للتعامل حيث انه شاب مصرى وفكرة عبقرية ولكن اسوء خدمة واسوء انطباع فى التعامل اول مره ( تم اعادة طلب المنتج نظرا لاتاحته مرة اخرى وسيتم متابعته ومتابعة الشكوى المقدمة فى حماية المستهلك اونشرها على جميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعى )

App is cool, but you have to remove the out of stock items, I was very excited to buy item I’m looking for but every time I got disappointed when it’s out of stock, and a most of time I close the app after second or third out of stock items. consider it please and keep going.
