Bad customer service
I bought Granola with matcha powder from a brand called Dr Baby and when l opened the can 2 dozens of bugs came out!!! I contacted them on their WhatsApp, they said they are not responsible for any problem after 24 hours of purchase despite that l spent thousands of pounds on their website! Very disappointing!
Buggy app
The app is so laggy, as a mobile lead this app can never be approved to go live
Review
Undelivered order
Brutal teuer

Products are so fruitful and wealthy
Bad store, I don't recommend it.
My experience of buying a broken coffee machine from the moment I received the shipment and paid on the application. It doesn't work, there is no warranty, no return within 14 days, no exchange, and no customer service to respond. When they did respond, there was no return and they blocked me, meaning I lose my money. A complaint was filed with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Great experience
Great customer service, really really helpful and super fast delivery, 100% recommended 😍
BEWARE SCAM
Bought an espresso machine, it appeared to be previously opened, indicated by the poorly taped box. Proceeded to plug it in and attempt use, noticed water in tank and hot steam was not working properly. Proceeded to contact seller on whatsapp, they said you can't return it if you opened it. Logic dictates, how would you know it is broken unless you recieve it and try it??? Seller proceeded to use inappropriate language. This business should be shut down and the owner should be charged with fraud and theft.
