Horrible app experience! What a shame
Fast, easy and smooth grocery app
I like the new design and experience, the app is easy to use.
Out of stock
They rarely update the app to reflect items that are out of stock. As a result, orders are repeatedly incomplete.
Great app and products. Ridiculously slow delivery service
In a world where competition can deliver in 15mins, taking between 4 and 7 hours to deliver orders is just unworkable.
The best grocery shopping experience
Very good customer service, chat option is very quick and great problem solving, prompt delivery.
From bad to worse
First it started by a very delayed delivery. Then I started getting bad items like torn bread, cheese skin instead of cheese, meat that went bad in 24 hours. Lately, whenever I order, one or multiple items are unavailable even though they show on the app.
Need more filter
We need filter for price from low to high 🔁

وصلتني دجاجة فريش ريحتها زفرة ولونها أصفر وتاريخ انتاجها قبل ٤ أيام .. وللاسف الاكل المجمد معمولة بوصفات رديئة وواضح ان الشيفات مستواهم أقل من المتوسط (جربت قبل كذا سنة البيف ويلينغتون والفروزين باي والبيتزا وكذا حاجة وكلهم مخيبين للأمل) الحاجة الممتازة عندهم فقط اللحوم الحمرا الفريش والمخبوزات .. غير كدة مفيش جودة خدمة على بقية المنتجات للأسف .. صيت بس

New app is horrible
Used to be so simple and clean. Now app is cluttered, slow, doesn’t work, and needs an update every time I open it. Horrible.
The new update is horrible!
Couldn’t open the app after updating, had download it again. And then couldn’t even reset my password! Come on!
Late delivery
They need to work on their delivery time every time I order the order comes between 3 to 5 hours
Good products
I really like this delivery! There are a lot of international items which are not presented in the other markets. All product are fresh and good quality. But the app is low-tech and not user-friendly, the design is a little bit clunky.

Unusable
I’m astonished that both Gourmet and the developer have abandoned this app after the hapless update over a year ago. Certainly it can’t be that hard or expensive to fix?
Update: The app stopped working
Update: uninstalled the app and installed it again and it is working just fine. The app keeps crashing. It was working fine ten days ago or so.
Location is a mess
I have 2 saved addresses, whenever I chose one and double check that I marked the correct address it changes it after processing! I had to cancel my order 3 times when delivering, it happened again today I had to call the call center twice to confirm that it will be delivered to the correct address, other applications just detects where you are without this hassle. Even though I DOUBLE checked it still confirmed to the wrong address!
Unbelievable number of updates
Every time I open the app, I have to update. It’s too frequent, inconvenient, and frustrating.

This latest update for the App is very impressive. The developers have clearly put a lot of effort into making the app not only easier to use but also visually stunning.
Doesn’t work
Says to download the latest version but this is the latest version. Try to use the help chat and the modal is stuck open over the app.
Orders are never on time.
If you want your food in 4 hours, then yes order here. Dont waste your time for groceries, you can order off rabbit. Its a lot faster and their customer service is much better then gourmets. I dont know how an established brand could be so trash.
Please fix
Was working great. Used to keep my items in my basked for days till I am ready to place an order. App started crashing more than a month ago and no fix in sight. I just downloaded the lastest update hoping it would work but still isn’t working Please fix or at least explain on your Facebook page

Terrible app
Wouldn’t let me sign in saying password wrong. Went in via website and was fine - auto generated from my phone so not a typo. Trying to shop and everything out of stock tho when I went via InstaShop everything was available. CSRs tried to help but no result. Total rubbish experience and will not waste my time again.
New application 2023
The new application isn’t user friendly as the previous one and is much slower

iPad support needed/shopping cart bug(s)
The large photos & extended menus would look so much better on a larger screen. Fitting more visuals neatly in a single page can be beneficial for app navigation & shopping suggestions There is a bug when editing quantities using the (+/-) icons of an item in the Shopping cart. It happens too when using the “remove” symbol. The photo of the edited item reloads as the photo of the item below it. Keep up the good work!

The app won’t start today after an update!
New update crashes
EDIT (8/14/20): REMOVE THIS APP ASAP. IT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. CRASHES ON OPENING. HAS NOT WORKED SINCE BEFORE IOS 13. MUST BE REMOVED most recent update crashes the app upon opening. Running iOS 13.3.1 ... Close to month now and no fix. This should be taken off the store until they bother to make a functional app
Needs improvements
The user interface ain’t friendly at all. Mostly the search tool bar doesn’t work properly and doesn’t show relevant results.

This application is very frustrating. Cannot open in Safari. It’s very inflexible and not user friendly. Start with a clean piece of paper and use real professionals to develop a new version
