Rabbit is good but most orders are late and when I sent to them they don’t make any thing onetime I choose came in 1 hours and he came in 2 and half hours this was bad but good product

Don’t try the restaurant service because you don’t have access to any support services if you faced any problems, usually you will don’t get any response at all and the restaurant doesn’t answer if you try to reach them because they know that

This was so bad I entered all my information my home my email my name ànd my phone number then it takes me out of the app just like that I try to enter agian dosent work am so mad rn will not be using ever
Worst customer service experience
They claim to deliver super fast, take the extra service charge and delivery timing is the worse. And customer service is way more worse. Other apps are more reliable and with customer service number you can call.

I went and ordered from Prego and then after an hour, “their electricity was down”. Not Rabbit’s fault so far. So I went to talk to customer support on Rabbit and as we speak, it’s taking 3 HOURS to get someone on the line to get my money back. NEVER trust these guys with your money. That was my first and last order. Talabat is at least honest.

Terrible
My experience with this app has been frustrating. I placed an order and was left waiting for 5 hours, only for it to be canceled without any notification or reason. This poor service and lack of communication are incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this app to others based on this experience.

عملت اوردر ووصلني ناقص بعض المنتجات والفاتورة كانت مش مخصوم منها المنتجات الناقصة ،استلمت وماراجعت الطلبات وثاني يوم توصلني مكالمة بتبلغني ان في منتجات ناقصة وحيخصموها قلت اها انا استلمت الاوردر امبارح فبلغتني اها حتضيف المبلغ الفرق برومو كود ، بعد كم يوم اعمل اوردر ثاني واحاول استخدم البرومو يظهر لي ان صلاحيتة انتهت لانها اسبوع فقط، هذا بالاضافة ان التطبيق نفسه بيحصل فية لخبطة وماتظهر فيه البيانات في اوقات كثيرة

i’ve been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 27 min exactly i made multiple complains and nothing changed, i payed extra fees for the “ 20 min fast delivery “ and nothing has changed, im very frustrated and this is outrageous why would you make a 20 min fast delivery if ur not capable of doing so
The best one in Egypt
I tried so many groceries apps and this one is by far the quickest and the best one yet. The only thing I can recommend that they work on more is their customer support. I tried so many similar services and this one is definitely a keeper
Orders are late despite 20 min promises
Customer service are so careless in assisting in delays - despite paying extra fees for the fast deliveries. Really a shame that such an app is managed like that
