YOU CANT CANCEL Subscriptions
This app is a fraud and i can’t erase my card they take 400 egp from me every month and i can’t cancel it i can only change the card!! This is unacceptable and a fraud they didn’t say this before i subscribe.
Unreliable
They started out perfect but for the last couple of months they’ve been unreliable and they mess up more orders than they get right. I cannot rely on them if i urgently need something the next day because the chances are they’ll deliver the wrong order or forget the items we need.
Not bad
Its a good idea but still needs development, maybe having their own discounts from the places to make one flat rate for both restaurants and app. The prices in the app is very high than the usual prices, which is a big disadvantage for the app word of mouth

Excellent application. I’m truly satisfied with everything goodsmart offers such a lovely app that’s perfect in every aspect form customer service and their professional handling of any feedbacks or issues, products variety, availability, and quality, regular box maintenance, to hassle free deliveries, incredible offers, competitive prices and loyalty points. Please keep the great work up!
Unfortunately
This app has a great idea, but unfortunately their prices doesn’t make sense, As one example “Domty Feta” price on another app 111le But on GoodsMart 151 !! I make complaint about prices and no one answered!!
How to undermine a brilliant idea
What started as a braillant idea and high quality, unfortunately turned into a very low quality service and delivery. Such a shame

أسوأ خدمة تعاملت معها على الإطلاق. أنا عميلة لديكم منذ أول يوم لافتتاحكم في مصر، وللأسف مستوى الخدمة يتراجع في كل مرة أكثر من السابقة. لا يوجد أي التزام بالمواعيد، والتوصيل يتأخر بشكل متكرر دون أي اهتمام براحة العميل أو وقته. أما الأسعار فهي مبالغ فيها بشكل غير مبرر، وأعلى من معظم السوبر ماركت في مصر، رغم أن مستوى الخدمة لا يبرر ذلك إطلاقًا. كنت أتوقع مع مرور الوقت أن تتحسن التجربة، لكن للأسف حدث العكس تمامًا. بعد سنوات من التعامل معكم، أصبحت تجربة الشراء مصدر إزعاج وإحباط أكثر منها خدمة مريحة. أتمنى أن تراجعوا مستوى الخدمة واحترام مواعيد العملاء، لأنني بصراحة أصبحت أكره التعامل معكم I have been dealing with this company since the day it opened in Egypt, and unfortunately, the service keeps getting worse and worse. The lack of commitment to delivery times is unbelievable. Orders are constantly delayed, and no one seems to care about customers' time or inconvenience. What makes it even more frustrating is that the prices are significantly higher than almost every other supermarket in Egypt, yet the service quality is among the worst I have experienced. As a long-time customer, I kept hoping things would improve, but the exact opposite happened. Every order turns into a stressful experience filled with delays, poor service, and disappointment. Charging premium prices while providing such poor service is simply unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I can honestly say that I regret continuing to deal with this company and will think twice before ordering again. Very disappointing.

I’ve been using the Goodsmart app for a while now, and i’m genuinely impressed. it’s user-friendly, fast, and incredibly convenient, the product variety is great, prices are reasonable, and the delivery is always on time sometimes even earlier than expected! Customer service is also super helpful and responsive. it really made my life easier and saved me a lot of time. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth, hassle-free grocery experience at home!
0 transparency and difficult cancellation
I was told by your salespeople that I can cancel the subscription anytime through the app which is not true at all my debit card is held hostage unless I add another car or I’d have to go through the customer service process , I do not like the service because working hours are not flexible and every time I make an order there’s always essentials that are out of stock and I’m forced to order from other supermarkets and still pay shipping fees , I tried cancelling my subscription through the app and there’s literally no way to do that I shouldn’t be forced to take the time out of my day And talk to customer service to cancel my plan , I do not mind paying a shipping fee for delivering the box or even removing it but this business strategy is just awful , I genuinely don’t understand how the app is even allowed to keep your debit card by force and keep charging it , if cancellation was easier people would resubscribe more often but your methods make me not want to deal with your company at all even if your service was good which by the way is not. Fix your policies peoples credit and debit cards are not yours to keep.

بعد ما وقفت الخدمة بكزا شهر وطلبت كزا مرة ياهدوا البوكس، لقيتهم سحبوا من الكارت فلوس. وكان ردهم عليا ان احنا ادينا ليكي شهر مجاني والsystem سحب بعديه. وهما اصلا متواصلوش معايا عشان يبلغوني بحاجة زي كدة!
