Found A Major Bug/glitch
While making an order one of the items had an extremely wrong price. ( it’s usually 75 egp and was priced at 10,000+) I was very close to checking out without noticing and it would have been an actual catastrophe. Other than that it’s the best fast food delivery app there is.
Delicious food, but delivery fees are getting steep
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) The Good: Food Quality & Temp: The food is consistently delicious, and it amazingly always arrives piping hot. Speed: Delivery is usually incredibly fast. App Experience: The mobile app is smooth, intuitive, and very user-friendly. Room for Improvement: Delivery Fees: The current delivery fee is a bit too high. As a loyal customer, I'd love to see Pizza Hut reduce this cost to make frequent ordering more sustainable for regulars!

The Service is great better on delivery good food could’ve better over roll good advancing
Pizza hut emerald plaza branch manger
The worst branch to make an order is emerald plaza branch as they always bring wrong orders or missing something from the order. Also the worst branch manger ever even when we want to return the order after we tasted he called us asked for money for the slice we ate, and talk in a rude way like you will accept this on your self!!! How a brand manager talk to a customer by this way. So disappointed we will never order pizza hut again.

Bring Back Garlic Bread to My Box 🙏🏼
Just to start, I absolutely love Pizza Hut in Egypt, it’s great especially when it arrives hot and the ingredients are all a moderate yet satisfying amount, the only thing I dislike is the fact that they removed the garlic bread as 1 of the 2 sides you can have with the my box deal, other than that it’s a great experience.
Visa payment
Finally you can pay with an out of country credit card
Garbage
The worst app in the history of mankind
It’s great, seamless and does its job as intended
Also I haven’t gotten any glitches on it even though I use it a lot which is cool and the ui is also clean.
best restaurant and application
they quickly & deliciously serve as usual i ❤️ pizza hut
Late delivery
Delievery didn’t came yet and its been an hour and a half also the staff members can’t use the application properly and also i have to contact them and the delivery guy and the branch manager were calling me they cant even handle the information stated in this application
You can’t customize pizza
The application used to have the ability to customize the pizza like adding toppings, quantity of toppings and sauce used, this is removed and you have to write what do you want and no guarantee it will be done.
