What??!!
I can’t even create an account. It keeps asking for phone number (although I opted for the email option), and I keep waiting for the OTP, and never received it! I even tried entering my brother’s phone number and he wouldn’t receive anything either. I tried deleting then re-installing the app; nothing worked.

Subject: OTP Not Received – Unable to Verify My Phone Number
Hello Dunkin Team, I have been trying to register/login to the Dunkin North Africa app for the past 3 days, but I am not receiving the OTP verification SMS on my Egyptian mobile number. I have tried requesting the code multiple times on different days, but I still haven’t received any SMS. Please check the issue with my number and help me verify my account.

This app should NOT reflect Dunkin
After latest update, I am unable to login because the company want to save money by not sending OTP (text message) to phone numbers. It’s shame on you to represent Dunkin this way.
