Fake Gin & Crashes
The following review is based on my experience using this app for a long time, until I finally figured out the scam. This app claims to have thousands of potential opponents to play against. The fact is that unless you ask a real person to play against you, you will end up playing a fake account. No matter how good you are at gin, your opponent will get better hands and will win quickly enough so that you lose all your coins. That way, you have to purchase more coins in order to play. And then every now and then, the app will crash and kick you out after every few minutes. If you try to get back in, it will happen again and again. If you don’t, you’ll lose the hand and all the coins at stake. And don’t expect Customer Service to back you up. Ultimately, this app is designed for one thing: to make you spend money if you want to play gin. My advice? Find a different app for gin.

12/25/23 Updates
The recent updates are awful. Merely trying to sort your deck manually inadvertently causes a discard. The change in points/coins/diamonds awarded is markedly decreased; it may be my change in playing style since yesterday, but my W/L ratio has been 100% L this AM.
Love love this but game.
But once I updated the app; it keeps crashing and closing once I start playing. I’ve deleted it twice and reinstalled but continue to crash and closes 😫

Used to be fun
I’ve been playing for some time but now find the game less fun due to players who use cheats to see your cards. Players also are allowed to hold “gin” in their hand until you knock and then the player under knocks. The game has now started crashing after picking an opponent which causes me to lose the bet for that game.

I played more than one game with two different players and during third game, when other player about to gin or knock, game freezes and play must end.

Far too many crashes!!!
I do like this game however there are sooooo many crashes when it freezes in the middle of the game and you lose , often when you actually won or are winning. With the tournaments aka tiny rumble rush it’s impossible to play as either you can not see any cards to play, or the game is stuck so you can not play your hand and miss your turns then obviously loose…. Another thing are the bots which You seem to play 90% of the time?! PLEASE FIX THESE!

Game will not display cards
I used to love playing this game BUT there been quite a few times where I would be playing & try to rearrange my cards in sequence & it will not move the cards to display correctly thus causing me to lose the game. This is getting ridiculous, I have thought about deleting this game because of that. When than happens , only way I can get rid of it is to restart my phone. Don’t know how much longer I will keep playing this game also keeps freezing & it automatically discards a card that I didn’t want discarded. This game is getting worse by the day I’m changing my rating. This is the worst game there is it keeps freezing up and you cannot discard you not cannot clean your Gin Rummy status or nothing. I would delete the game and start over but then you lose everything you had. You need to fix this immediately. I’m revising my review IF I could give this game no stars I DEFINITELY WOULD. This game has caused me to lose so many games by NOT letting me rearrange the cards to form a suit. I’m very SERIOUSLY think of not playing this game anymore. I hope it’s not doing anyone else like this. I’m glad I’m not paying for this game or I would most DEFINITELY ask for a refund I don’t think I could recommend this game for now. It would have to improve a lot better before I would I am updating my review AGAIN THIS game doesn’t know how to add or subtract I just played a game. I knock because I had an Ace & the other player had a 4. Well they called it an undercut. Last time I was in school 4 -1 equals 3. 100pt game option☹️
Switched to this game because another online Gin Rummy I played for years, got rid of 100pt game option. Now with great disappointment I see this game has also taken away the 100 pt game option. ☹️

Opponent doesn’t match what amount of coins I put into the game.
This game freezes in between turns way too much. Plus I have been on level 137 since the 1500 th win, I am on game 3275. Every since they have updated it been worse.

I love this game I’ve had it for a while it’s just been great now for about a month while playing the game the opponents turn when it’s my turn it’s like the game freezes I keep catching all over my iPad everything moves but nothing can happen because the arrow is stuck toward the guest and playing against then I was told I miss three times and sometimes it just acts like it re-shuffled resets the order of my cards no longer is there a mailed that I was saving the next thing I know the guest wins the only other aggravation was that sometimes you’ll get your card from the pile and it just has a circle that keeps circling and circling and circling never changes anyway I can’t take it anymore I’m deleting it what a shame it was really enjoyable before it started throwing me out for no reason except the game is freezing not my iPad

What has happened to this game? The game scrolls continually trying to find an opponent match on the 2500 level. Is there a problem? The game has technical issues. You can not discard at times? Is this online game broken? I have spent money playing a broken game! What is going on?

June 18, 2022——. You have lost me with this new style of Gin Rummy Super! It wasn’t broken, why try to fix it! I hate it! At least put back the money we earned. I had somewhere between $55-60 million now I have $500.00. GOODBYE! I will check back to see if you’ve come back to your senses. 2/7/2021- my money isn’t moving. Win or lose, it’s staying at the same amount. /My concern was addressed in another comment. I don’t listen to the music of the games I play so I automatically and quickly turn it off. I’ve been playing this game for months and quite frankly it trumped out what was my FAVORITE gin rummy game. I accidentally hit the music on button and I must say, GREAT MUSIC!!!!! I have been missing out. Thank you for the selection and please don’t change it. Oh here’s something I have notice. If I’m strategizing my hand, rearranging my cards while it’s my opponents turn, if he falls or gin rummy, my arrangements won’t take. As the cards are being revealed, my cards are as they were before strategizing and rearranging, other than that, Great game.

I have not been playing to long and so far it is good. But I really do not like how someone’s pictures can be used for so many different names. I have seen one picture used for 4 names and that is just one out of many. This and other reasons makes me a little uncomfortable!!
They took away my score.
Why is it that my arrival gets the first card 90% of the time? If I don’t get my score back I’m gonna find another Gin Rummy to play.
Last Upgrade is bad
I can hardly play anymore. It throws out the card I want to keep. The Auto sort is horrible. It freezes all the time. It was the best Rummy on the net until the Dec 2023-24 upgrade
Games keeps shutting down
I was playing a 250k game it shut down and it took my money later I tried again same thing ! I lost 500k today ! I played 3-6 time a day now I don’t even want to try !
Love the game
I am curious what the star with the number and it means and why when someone I’m playing catch a SmartGin my cards get all scrambled and they get higher points but when I get smart gin their cards don’t scramble otherwise it’s great

Favorite game
I love this game but lately it crashes a lot and sometimes I feel like it’s rigged. Even with the updates it is still screwed up. I won the game but it said I hit an undercut. Also it’s giving out double sets of cards in the same suit. Lately every hand is a lose and people always knocking makes it not so fun to play.

I love everything about this game with one exception, which is, the wheel spin bonus amounts are ridiculous and worthless in comparison to the buy-in amounts. I mean, c’mon, what am I going to do with $50? For real?
Major Glitch
I really love this game.. BUT.. Unfortunately I have not been able to play it for about a week now. When I log on to the game it lets me collect my bonuses, but when I try to challenge on a game it spins like it is searching for another player then it will just boot me back to the home screen every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and it still does this every time.. I am soooo frustrated.. If this glitch does not get fixed I am afraid I will just have to uninstall the game completely and just call it quits.. This is the ONLY reason I am only leaving a 3 star rating otherwise it would be a 5 for sure.

What happened
This game used to be really good. Also I used to LOVE the music. It was perfect. Then, in some attempt to make more money, they updated the game. Now I can barely finish a game without the losing screen popping up and interrupting the game. Sometimes the game lags out and I lose because of the app. I think the new music is worse and the cartoony animations are annoying. Dude, it’s gin rummy can you guys chill out. I’m disappointed but I had to delete this app forever. I will need to find a new gun rummy app
