Ads bad algorithm worse
I've played gin for actual money for many years. If you look at the win rate of every player you encounter you find almost all are either a touch above or below 50%. This is statistically laughable and obvious the "system" is not random but designed to push you towards purchases. Ads just show no marketing skills as they are so often and frequent you ignore them almost immediately. Would also like options to play games with more points.........decent interface....just make it fair and random....this is laughable.

Bots bots everywhere
Bots that will win in two to three moves. They are very predictable. Have less than 5000 coins, emote just the way you do, will not accept rematches and will just sit there after the game till you leave. 8 out of 10 games, they are designed to win especially in high stakes games. Their coin totals will never change.
Meh
I do love this game but you are just really playing against bots and hardly against actual people. The amount of “people” I have seen that have played over 10,000 games and have a 95%-99% gin rate is shocking! Sometimes you won’t be able to even put a card down and the other “person” hits gin! It’s unfair, can we just have a game with real people and not bots?!?!?

Le jeu est top et plutôt fun mais par contre il mérite une mise à jour sur un point qui dérange !! Lorsque vous jouer des parties sur les premières tables avec une manche à 30 points et que vous prenez un GIN dès le 2ème ou 3eme tour MAX c'est abusé !!! Surtout quand tu mise 2500 ou 5000 pièces !!! Faites quelque chose s'il vous plaît MERCI

It’s entertaining but I played long enough to realize that is FIXED, just don’t expect fair play it doesn’t existing in this app. It can get entertaining but then the fix is on. You play most of the time with AI so they scam you, it’s fun when you play with real people, but doesn’t happen enough
Longer ads than game play
Like other reviews, the two biggest issues: ads/pop-ups and seemingly unfair play. There are four pop-ups that I have to X out of before I can even get to the main screen to initiate a game. Then there is an ad between every single game, which is sometimes longer than the game itself! Is probably intentional so that it drives the players to play to remove ads, but I’m not that tore off person. It makes it very frustrating to play for very long. And it does seem that there are times when the game play seems unbalanced, especially for players from certain countries. Also, for whatever reason, it seems like I’m almost always the second player to start the game.
Going downhill
I was so happy to find this game a bit over a year ago. I was playing a game before it. I know it was rigged and you could tell that there were cycles where you would win or lose regardless of how well you played. That wasn’t a problem with this game until recently. Now, the same thing is happening. i’m so sad because I love this game, but it’s making me not want to play anymore.

This Gin Rummy is so much fun! Believe me I’ve tried them all. It has everything you could want making it so enjoyable. The creators knew what they were doing! Thank you!
Cheating
This app is a joke, most players are cheaters, that's how they have money, that's why they have billions and the most irritating thing is that the company doesn't do anything to stop the cheaters to the company, the only thing that matters is the money they collect every time a player plays, if you win the company, it takes a percentage and puts it in a pink pig and then sell you the pig for $2.99 dollars, that's how the company grabs money with your same profits, it's a total robbery
Too Many Bots!
I love game but dislike this app as there are way too many bots. Much prefer real people. Bots almost always win. Beware!
Play the game for fun, not to win
This game is decent.. The more you pay for chips the more you win!!….. otherwise, your win lose ratio is around 30/70
Greatest Rummy Game
The ability to sort and the size of the cards make this a fantastic rummy game. I especially like the tournaments that start on Sunday evenings.

I think something very wrong with it game the choice to collect x amount of coins or watch a video and the give double so I went for it then popups give a gift for going up in my ranking it was a lot lol like always happen the screen froze I kept touching the corner of the screen nothing change and my reward puff gone again very disappointed I have video of it but I have no way to send it through here
No way to search a friend?
I can’t seem to figure out how to add a friend unless at same table when i share link it just opens app it does not help them find me am i missing the user name search?

Update: 2 million token credit for my inconvenience!! I love this app now more than ever!!! Old issue: I really love playing this game however I went to make a purchase of $2.99 to break the piggy bank so I could play longer on my tokens and when I did that the phone glitched twice not go through and upon the third time the purchase went through. I was oblivious that the app had charged me three times until I later noticed it on my credit card bill. I tried to get Apple to refund me, but I was told the refund was not an option. I made multiple attempts to report the issue to Apple to fix the problem and I have received no compensation. I can live with the six dollars they stole from me, but I will never again put another dime into this app or any other app. I feel like it’s a big scam and unless this app wants to correct it on their end, I am furious. Look what technology is turning into a way to bleed the Consumer. Be careful folks. This is a really fun app, but they will steal from you. I hope this App will get in touch with Apple and give me my refund and then I can give a proper review which would’ve been five stars but as long as they’re gonna steal from the consumer, everybody has a right to know the truth!

A game for cheaters only and the worst part is that the company knows and the don’t do nothing about it all they care is collecting money Amalia the top player hahaha the top cheater….the All-llau the top Club, and the rest of the high Clubs All of them have each player at least 80- 100 or more accounts they use them to get to the top that’s how they cheat and anytime I can provide proof I have videos of them cheating…
Love this game but….
I love playing other online players and it’s fun, however, it is not a fair game when I’m betting a million per game and get paired up with a newbie who is obviously playing a game for a few thousand or less. I can see how much money they have and several, several times, it’s obvious that they are not playing for $1,000,000. I say it’s not fair because they don’t think about losing a million. They are only losing a few thousand to my million so let’s just knock, knock, knock. And I’m curious as to how many of these so called players are actually people and not a computer generated player. I’ve spent money on this game and it’s frustrating to see that I’m betting higher amounts and the people I am playing are not. It should be equal amounts per game for each player. I may stay playing cause I enjoy it but I may take my business elsewhere.
Need a Magnifying Glass !!
Love the game and the ability to friend and chat, however to view ANY words, player information, etc, you need a magnifying glass because they are so small. Like teeny tiny. Maybe less junk around the outside of the card table, or maybe adjust the playing surface of the card table.

This app has a table change feature that has become an automatic power shield thief. Every time you change opponents, the app decides to change the table and charge your account for it. I started out the evening with over 200 power shields I did not initiate any table changes yet it changed every time I changed opponents. I ended the evening with less than 100 power shields the shields cost money if you can’t earn them quick enough, they’re trying to steal your money.

Spam
It just took me a minute when I started the app to get through a bunch of pop ups. I gave up and uninstalled. The game is full of pop up “rewards” and has ads between games. I think most want to play gin rummy as a chill game but this is extremely spammy with annoying popups asking you to buy pointless micro transactions. Also the first 20 games or so seemed to just be bots that were posed as people.
