Pay to play or watch a LOT of ads
I paid to have ads removed. Then after playing a little while, I didn’t have enough coins to play again. I didn’t understand why since I won most of my games. I was offered a choice to buy more coins or watch ads to get them. It would take watching 3 or 4 ads to have enough coins to play again. I just paid to remove ads! I didn’t know it was pay to play. There’s no way to get money back no matter how much you win.

One of the ads suggests my iPhone is infected with 2 viruses. Waited a while and no cross appeared to get rid of it so killed the app. Not sure what app was on the other end of the ad but I wasn’t going to click it

I spend a lot and the pattern is crazy when I spend few tokens I win the game when I spend a lot of tokens it auto looses every time so that I can come spend more money it’s a pattern I’ve noticed
Game Update is awful
New update blocks my cards with the words “NEXT ROUND STARTS IN 0 SEC” makes it really difficult to play Round 2, just another way this game takes your coin tokens… this game gets worse and worse!
Game designed to make you buy more coins
It’s a great game but it’s all about getting you to pay money for more coins. Definitely rigged to make you a loser so you have to buy more coins.
I like it but…
It’s really hard to get ahead. If you have a pile of game money it doesn’t last because if you lose the hand not only do you obviously lose your initial stake but you pay out most of the time double!! Example, literally just now, I have $9000, I need $10000 to play the event hand so I play a $5000 game and lose, I now have $0. It’s disappointing but not the only gin rummy game in the App Store 🫡

This game basically makes you have to buy coins. I was at 45,000 one night, next morning i was at 1750…then it gets better tell me how I bet 1000 coins on a game with 1750 in the game before that and now im at 0?
Super Fun ….
Super fun game until you reach the higher levels. Once I reached level 90 the game play went from paying 5000 coins per joker hand to 50 000 coins per joker hand. There are hands that start at 250 coins - 10,000 coins per hand but you cannot collet any tokens or cards for side games. So once you reach the higher levels it’s too expensive to play. Also free coin bonuses don’t increase so it’s hard to play a 50,000 coin hand. I contacted support but they say they would pass info onto the “team”, which is not an answer. It was fun while it lasted, but too expensive for me to play.

Fun game! Takes up a lot of time. But it’s more like gambling. It’s very addictive and you have to keep buying coins to play. It’s slowly getting more and more expensive the higher level you get. It’s not just a game but a money grab eventually you will realize the game targets you once you buy your first package. Download with caution.

I like the game but as expected there are too many ads and I just got a bug where the game couldn’t form the best pairs so I lost 20k

This game is aesthetically, pleasing and fun to play, but the cost is just exorbitant and it seems that you could never really get ahead so that you don’t have to pay every time you play. I love the game, but I can’t afford to keep it anymore.

Absolutely HATE the update! It was a classy game before. Now it’s super cartoonish and cheap feeling. The graphics were great before. It felt solid. Now it’s just cheap. Bring back the old version please!

Very good tutorial at beginning
I think the game has good gameplay. Honestly, I do wish I could change my characters. Look at the beginning, but I think that’ll be something I can do. I just have an ex explore at the game, I also like the time of around not to exceed five minutes so that gives you the option to play a quick game when you need a brain break

Play best 2 out of 3… generally dont have to play 3rd game with decks stacked so perfectly!! In 2 weeks, ive lost over 70,000 and I only play 1,000 bet games!! Lots of losses at that rate!! Tell me again how it’s not rigged!!!

From loading to starting the game you have to navigate 8 pop ups, after each game you have a long advert with no ‘X to close’. I spent more time with adverts than gameplay. Simply unplayable! Would like to recommend as the graphics etc are good, but I can’t get around the long and frequent adverts

SCAMMED
***update*** I sent all of my playing logs immediately after it happened (again) like they asked along with the screen recordings, and now they won't even issue any sort of vouchers to compensate me at all. They say they can't figure out a technical problem despite it being at random, my iPhone/app running the latest version, and no issues with my iPhone running any other app. Aka, it's my fault. The lack of care for customer satisfaction baffles me. Why would anyone want to spend money for coins if we know they can get lost for a in-app issue, and not get reimbursed for it?! Disappointing experience is an understatement.** I have a in-app issue where it won't let me discard and then it kicks me off the game for missing my turn. I've lost over 45,000 coins because of it. Reported it to support, screen recorded it etc. and requested reimbursement. They replied to everything except my request for reimbursement, oh, besides sending me a 5,000 coin voucher even though I was playing 10k games. Completing albums? JOKE. I have OVER 1,800 extra cards and most of the albums are still empty besides the 2-3 cards I do have. They only let you exchange extra cards every 8-12hrs where you pick a mystery gift that usually is another useless card pack. I am so disappointed.

This game would be fun if they took out the greed! 💯 If your into playing a round or 2 -maybe- every 4 hrs then here ya go! Otherwise you just continually lose all your coins to play in hopes you’ll purchase to play! 😠 Don’t bother trying to get the “notification” bonuses as your lucky if half actually link thru and pay out! Great game until you reach higher levels
This is a great game up until you reach the higher levels. They make the joker entries way higher to enter based on the level you are currently at. I have purchased coin packs which normally I do not do, however even with a purchase of $30.00, you play one game and lose every single coin you have. The 600K ENTRY makes it impossible to regain that amount by just daily coins. Poorly designed game for the higher levels, I now have to delete this game as I can never play unless I purchase more coins or wait 3 weeks + to try and gain 600K for those jokers entry games.

Very Fun! Slightly misleading for Non-US consumers
Awesome app! I have a lot of fun playing this game. Fun animations and good user interface. My two drawbacks are that there are too many pop ups trying to make you do their challenges and buy more coins. The other is that the price of the coins are not as advertised. Say the coin package says $12.99, you’ll end up being charged $20 instead. I assume because they advertise in USD. Slightly misleading for when you get to checkout. Wish they could just display AUD prices from the start.
Too expensive
The graphics are excellent, the coin packages are very expensive and you need to purchase in order to play and take part in any of the side quests. It’s very rare you actually hit a winning streak, so be aware of this when signing up to the game. Only download if you have money to burn as you will in fact go through the coins your purchase extremely quickly.
