Beware!!!!
This game recently had an update where when you click into the arena which is 10,000 to 80,000 per game , When an opponent leaves, the Rematch button changes to New Game and forces you into 800k+ point rooms without a barely readable warning. The text does not scale properly for visually impaired players.
Fun, Fair, Free
I have deleted many games, this is a keeper…one thing I hope they upgrade, is auto sort…willing to pay small fee to have that option:) One con, the speed race doesn’t work. IT needs to keep glitches out.
Glitching
It keeps glitching and kicking me out in the middle of a game!!!!!!!!!!! Also, one cards keeps getting stuck and won’t let me move it. And the betting amounts are off! When you bet 20,000, it boots you down to $10,000!
Annoyed
I used to love this game but I’ve noticed that when you finish playing a round they will seat you at a table for a much higher bet than you agreed to. I usually bet $10,000 on a round and after the round was complete I realized they changed the bet amount at the table to 250,000 and I ended up losing. I reached out to support and I have not received a response. I would like to be reimbursed my money. It’s also frustrating that the “chat with us” feature seems to not be working because I reached out on June 18 and the chat appears to be stuck. Can someone please reach out?

Not worth the frustration
A couple months ago this game started glitching on my iPad. In most of the hands there would be a card that was frozen. I couldn’t move it or discard it. After the game was updated a couple times the problem seemed to go away but now it’s back and has gotten even worse. Not only do I have a frozen card in most hands but now when it’s my turn to pass or pick up after the deal, I can’t pick up the card. It’s frozen also so I’m forced to pass even if I need the card. It’s a fun game, but not worth the frustration of playing at a huge disadvantage because of these glitches. Deleting.

I loved this game. I could go on, play for $1000 and go to 50 points. Now with the new update, when you bet 1000, you can only play to 10 points. Then it jumps to 3000 to bet. I hate the new update.

Disappointed
A good game and nicely playable , adverts are optional. … the game is based on you winning coins and rewards etc . Unfortunately, the game has a long winded “end of game” close down when you win coins from your opponent, this allows the opponent ample time to leave the table meaning you don’t actually win anything at all . Surely this can be easily fixed?
Stop making such drastic changes
Every time you change it, you make it less enjoyable. I’m removing the app after this last update.

game used to be good, now you get cards that you can’t discard. also you pick a 2.5k game then you get put into an 80k game. lose all your earned points with stupid joker games you didn’t want to play

Bonus coins / ads.
There is an ad with birds, it will not do anything and I have to close it out go back into the game and click on bonus again . I then lose the 6000 coins. I have lost about 22,000+ coins because the dang ads DO NOT WORK. PLEAE GET THE ADS FIXED AND REFUND MY LOST COINS. DOES ANYONE EVER LOOK AND READ THESE POST?.. THE DANG ADS DO NOT WORK HALF OF THE TIME, CLICK ON 6000 AND GET 3000, CLICK ON 3000 AND GET 1000. I HAVE LOST ABOUT 60,000 COINS BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAVE ALSO POSTED ABOUT THIS IN THE GAME AND HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESULTS.
Bad update
I play this game a lot and have loved it. But, since the last update a few weeks ago it has been awful. It doesn’t always recognize when I have runs even though they are grouped together correctly. Also, if an opponent leaves at the end of a match, they will randomly put you in a game for a different amount. I usually bet $40k. I won a match and opponent left. I then got put in a game for 7 mil without realizing it. I lost my whole bankroll that took me 3 years to build. If the developers don’t fix these issues, I will be deleting this app and choosing another gin rummy game.
Too Many Bots
I don’t mind losing, however, I’d rather lose to real people, not bots. Far too many bots in this game. Will delete when I run out of coins. A real shame. Would be a good game if not for bots! I also believe that system cheats….play 6 or 7 games in a row and lose, lose, lose. Deleted! New update pretty horrible!

This used to be my favorite Rummy game… But lately they’ve been making updates that are actually ruining it, making it so annoying, the ads are impossible to get out of… I am looking for a better rummy game So disappointing!
Rush
In “Rush” games, the timer for play should be shortened, or the amount of time the game itself lasts, should be lengthened. More incentive to actually “Rush”.
The new update made game worse
It was great before. I’ve been playing on this app for YEARS. I’m about to ditch this hunk of junk. The new update made the game pretty much awful

It was easier to set up the joker option on the last version. Setting up tables was easier. But this version has better graphics. Fun to play.

Different tables
The rookie table used to have a minimum of 2500 now it is up to 3000. Also the screen changes so quickly you can’t get to friends.
Playing with friends !
A lot of the gin game applications do not allow you to create private tables with personal friends of yours, but I love the fact this app does!! It allows my mother and I to play with each other with no problems! Easy game play and auto sort options.

GRAB A CARD AWAY
I enjoy this game but ya’s need to fix a very important problem! When playing “RUSH” almost every person that I’ve played HOLDS the clock at the last 8-10 seconds so the other player can’t take they’re turns! 🥵 That is CHEATING! And it is very annoying! Please fix that by snatching away a card from a person who doesn’t play within 2-3 seconds and just maybe it’ll teach the scum suckin dog cheatin heathens to play fair! Upgrade not working
Great alternative
I’ve been playing gin on another site for over 8 years put for some reason I lost connection. I was devastated until I found GR Extra. I was so happy. Let’s hope it gives me joy for the next 8 years. After playing for awhile now I do have a suggestion. More accessible interaction with player. I feel like I’m playing a machine.
Friend challenge not working
Unable to connect with friends. Used to be able to challenge friends now when I click to challenge my friend it assigns me a random person.
Awesome game if it didn’t glitch
Love the game, seriously but it have connection issues. 1. Kicks you out of app in the middle of matches. 2. Does not reward completed missions when it should. 3. The stats for players are also not accurate. Either the server can’t handle the traffic, info, and graphics or there is a serious bug…
Just what I needed
Downloaded loads of rummy apps and all had too many bells and whistles. This does just what I need it to. Play basic gin rummy - perfect! Brings back lovely memories of playing with my Nan :)
New Update 3/31/2026
This morning I updated the AP hoping they had fixed what was wrong with the last update. Cards not coming up together in suits or sets when knocking or ginning. The update made it so I no long had this problem, the game isn’t starting up. I guess it can’t get worse.

Frustrating
I love this app. But I lose game after game after game with good hands for days. Then I win more but shortly lose game after game after game until I have to buy in again. Very unfair how it is manipulated.
This game is rubbish
This game is rubbish as soon as you update it won’t allow you to connect with Facebook. I would strongly suggest another gin rummy app. Very very poor game
The latest update ruined the game!
Used to be my favorite game but I can’t even play it anymore after the latest (terrible) update. It freezes mid game almost every time I try to play and takes my coins, sets the game to play to 10 when I select 50, can’t play “rush” to 50 anymore, everything is slower, just everything about the latest update sucks - I wish we could un-update.

Suddenly losing all the time
I’ve been playing this game daily for 8 years. I accumulated 22 million coins in that time. Now, in the last 4 months, I am consistently losing games. Something has changed and it’s not my Rummy skills. UPDATE 6/22/24: losing streak continues….it’s ridiculous. UPDATE 1/15/25: losing streak continues. Something isn’t right. I’m down to 13 million coins., playing $15k at a time. The number of hands won is about equal to hands lost, where I used to have a 10% edge. No way my skills have deteriorated. Rigging the game is the only thing that makes sense. UPDATE 6/30/25: still losing! Now down to 11M coins and win/loss ratio is negative. Also noted that beginners (rank <20) ALWAYS have a winning record, to get them hooked into the game. So I never play them anymore. This game has most definitely been rigged so that you consistently lose until you have to buy more coins. A game is NO fun if you consistently lose.
Fun game until you win too much
Garbage algorithms. I’ll play a joker based game and literally NEVER get a joker. Meanwhile, opponent gets one or both every hand. I worked my way up to over a million without buying anything. I’ve lost over 600,000 in the past two days because the stupid ******* game won’t let me win. And I mean legit WONT LET ME. just wants you to buy coins. Don’t download.
