Zynga seems to have taken a position not in good faith. They offer coins for video. Watch the video in its entirety, only to have the reward cancelled.

Errors
I have written you guys numerous time to correct some problems . One no videos play ever , I’m never able to have my coins doubled, luck wheel disappeared n I can’t get my spin from completing the task . I bought 100, 000 for .99 cents , but you charged me over $5 ., n to add to this madness you owe me 400,00 coins or reimburse my card . You put up here a complaint from 5 years ago . You need to update that . I’m sure you have had more complaints recently. Patiently awaiting a reply you can easily fix this problem if you choose to . But as of now you won’t fix your errors. It’s Luke you are ripping the players off .

If you have a higher amount of money, you are not matched in cheaper or lower rooms due to “having too high a gin level.” Then it’s almost borderline impossible to get a jackpot because you never get a good hand. Purely a game of bots and pure luck! Minimal skill to play this game. Not trying to bash the game, but it wasn’t done well by any means.

Professional rummy playing bots!
I work graveyard and that being said there may not be many table options for me, so they load these bots in, which in theory I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with is they don’t just beat me and take my coins they mop the floor with me, it’s not like playing with another person. Their picture looks like professionally done they never have more than 50-60 rounds, they never stick around for another hand,sometimes the gender of their names don’t match like Mary name on man’s photo. I’m ok with the bots but cam you make them lighten up?

I love playing this game BUT when a player decides to leave the game, I think their cards should be added to the deck. It’s unfair to keep the cards out of circulation.

Seems to be a new version of the one they closed 4 years ago. I love 4 players at one table. They have yet to add many features but what is there, is well done.

Maybe it should only be 3 ppl, not 4 bc some players take so very long to either take a card or figure out their hand-its frustrating & tiresome. I liked the game in the beginning maybe bc the ppl I was playing w/were quicker……unless u have patience of a saint-I’d find a diff rummy game to play

Whatever the the Other Players Issues are…
Whatever the customer issues are, I have very little loyalty to games which become increasingly difficult to play. I won’t “pay to play” and there are DOZENS AND DOZENS of new games which come out all the time. I’m never at a loss for finding an entertaining game to play for free. But…. I’ll jump ship if you make this game too difficult or unfair, or force me to pay (or watch an excessive amount of videos) to keep me playing. You guys need volume participation to make this game a success, and I’m sure you make *quite* enough money from the real game addicts. Just don’t forget, not everyone is willing to throw money hand over fist just to play a game.

Like all Zynga games, this game is rigged so you lose every time no matter what you do, in an effort to force you to pay them for more game currency. Your bot opponents make moves that don’t make any sense and outvote you when the stockpile runs out. If you would win on a reshuffle, they vote not to reshuffle, if you’d win on no reshuffle, they vote to reshuffle. Not to mention Zynga’s M.O. of trying to bully you into accepting tracking.

This game is extremely rigged. I don’t will not pay for coins. When play single player tournaments the players the players above 200 which I have been win the jackpots. So when you are ranked in the 1000’s stop playing those opponents. Not that I have ever paid or will pay for this trash game. Just a little insight to this carnival circus game.
I love rummy but…
It only places me with bots, I can’t play any other room than beginners. It’s kind of lame. I’ve been playing their gin rummy app for 6+ years and I’ve caught onto knowing the bots have stock photos of people. I want to play with real people. & I hate that my badge is right over my hand, the app needs work and I’m shocked this app is 4 years old!

Rip off
This game has ripped my off 2 weeks in a row. I was in 1st place in the winners club BY A LOT, thousands and thousands of points ahead of anyone else. All of a sudden I had NO POINTS. The game made me start all over. This game will not ever get any of my money. I have sent NUMEROUS messages to support and they don’t even have the common courtesy to respond. I have WASTED numerous days on this game. I’M DONE AND SO IS THIS GAME. What a joke.

I really enjoy playing this game! But there’s a few issues that should be fixed and addressed. You can invite friends but can’t play with your friend? Because there’s a “coming soon” when you try to invite your friend to game. I’ve messaged the support through the app and got no response. Dose that need to updated and is just a big, or do you have to be a certain level to play with friends? it’s a good game but the reason I downloaded it was to play with friends.

Love this game, but I seem to loose all my coins when I’m not playing . I had 80,000 coins went down to 16,000. Now I had 16,000 coins , now I’m 6,000. I paid for those coins should of last for a few weeks .
