C’est legit pour les débutants, mais gardez pas votre argent ici.
Vla le cash grâce à cet hausse d’août 2026. C’est legit, encore mieux sur ordinateur. Après quelques mois: + de risque aux attaques virus/vol jsp. Mais si vous aimez et que c’est comme un business pour vous: optez pour un vrai portefeuille Hotwallet Coldwallet etc (j’apprends encore ok?) personnellement c’est ce que je vais faire.

I liked the funded but they dropped it to 3% loss limit instead of 5% and still kept the 12% profit margin. Should have dropped to 10% or just left it alone. I won’t be using the app any longer.

Ontzettend dure handelingsfee. Nog nooit zo hoog gezien en voel me een beetje opgelicht. Daarnaast kan je erg moeilijk je historie van stortingen en geschiedenis terugzien. Ik hoop dat ik nog de welkomstbonus krijg zodat ik nog enigszins schade beperking heb voor de hoge fees. Edit: welkomstbonus inmiddels ontvangen.

Poor and misleading UX in the conversion feature
I would like to clarify my issue with the conversion feature. Kraken does provide prices and conditions, but they are presented in a backward and impractical way. Instead of a simple and clear message like: “For X USDT you will receive Y BTC,” the system shows information such as the price of USDT relative to BTC at a given BTC price (e.g. 50,000), which forces the user to manually calculate everything using a calculator. When doing a basic conversion, the user wants to know how much BTC they will receive for their USDT, not analyze reversed pairs and do math before every transaction. The data itself may be technically correct, but the way it is presented is unintuitive and frustrating. Other platforms show this information clearly and directly. With Kraken, the user has to figure it out on their own. This is not a lack of user knowledge, but a poor presentation of information.
Super Slow since 2 months
You made a visual update. It looks good but damn it has become so extremely unperformant. My phone heats up and it takes so freaking long for everything to load. Also each new coin that I open up takes additionally long to load. It’s like you fetch the whole history with each call. I would say it’s breakingly slow and it you don’t fix it I might have to change the provider at some point

If you haven’t downloaded kraken yet get it. Best platform it’s simple and very smooth exchanges and interface. I’m gonna be using this for a long time but you can trade converts and hold cash and crypto and 2500 different stocks . Liked it before loving it.

TERRIBLE Customer Support
I unfortunately had my account hacked, and a “hold” was placed on my account. However, after replying to Kraken’s email thread to resolve that issue I received no response. Impossible to speak to an actual human to resolve the issue. Now my funds are frozen and Kraken has stated they are closing my account.

Ich benutze Kraken nur für den Kauf von Bitcoin. Grundsätzlich find ich die App super. Dass jedoch gefühlt mit jedem Update die Bedienung und Anordnung der einzelnen Funktionen auf den Kopf gestellt wird, nervt mich enorm.

This is one of the worst crypto trading apps. They lock your money up, block you from sending to other wallets by literally just closing the tab while you’re in it, if you want to withdraw money your bank that has supported every other instant transfer you’ve ever placed in your life. All the sudden doesn’t support instant transfers. Trash app, trash developers, trash team. It’s all bad. Stay far away from this app unless you like giving money away to leaches

The worst customer service and no communication
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No way to get in contact with human agents, only AI chatbot that repeats the same answers. Calling the support phone number gets you to another AI that repeats the same statement multiple times and hangs up. When it’s a matter of thousands of dollars I expect better customer service and communication. Blocked my withdrawals and left my transaction on hold for 2 weeks without any concrete reasoning. Providing concrete evidence that it is a legit transaction didn’t have an impact either.

Is one of the best crypto wallets I have found that trusts the user when it comes to their transaction. I hope that if they become suspicious on certain they would contact the use and they about it before doing anything drastic. But overall it’s easy to use

I decided to deposit and use this app immediately they put restrictions on me I can’t use or withdraw my money. Now I’m supposed to give my money for lost because from what I’ve read on the internet these people never respond and you only have the option to talk with AI. I don’t understand how they can take people’s money as if nothing. This app should be eliminated and the owners imprisoned. This should be illegal. If you are thinking of starting to buy and use cryptocurrencies, please do not use this app. They will take your money and you will never see it again

Kraken has had my account under review for two weeks now while not allowing me to simply withdraw the money that I put into the account. I have had an open ticket with support for those two weeks with absolutely no help or reply. The ai “support” is a waste of time and absolutely no help. I have been day trading crypto for years and have never had a company withhold funds from me for this amount of time with absolutely no help from anyone. Do not recommend this company at all they are a scam
Overall good app
Kraken is great at what it does. Easy to buy, sell and withdraw crypto and so far I haven’t had any issues. The only criticism I have is I wish the referrals were much more clear and let you know exactly when someone used your code
Why can’t there be one app with all features combined?
Kraken is the only exchange where you need to install 3/4 apps if you want to use the full service. The normal Kraken app for usage and easy buys, the Pro app for lower fees and the Krak App to use the Card, and then there is a wallet app. Why can’t this be combined in one app? Like ByBit. You could make a lite and a pro version in one app and also a Card tab. This shouldn’t be that hard Kraken.
