⭐️ 0 STARS — Extremely Disappointed With Crypto.com
My experience with Crypto.com has been extremely frustrating. When I place a crypto trade, I can already be down around 30% because of the price difference, spread, and fees. Even when my trade is moving in my favor, the amount I actually receive when selling can be $10–$15 less, and sometimes even more, than what I expected based on the displayed price. I also saw a $15 slippage tolerance and additional fees, which makes the whole trading experience feel unfair and extremely expensive. The price sometimes doesn’t even appear to reach my expected target, yet the transaction executes at a significantly worse price. I understand that crypto prices move quickly and that every platform has some spread or trading costs. But the difference I experienced feels excessive and is not clearly explained when you’re placing the order. If you’re trading frequently, these costs can add up very quickly. I would not recommend Crypto.com for active trading based on my experience. 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed.

Been a while since I’ve used the Crypto.com unchained wallet. Still works as good as I remember, and this is multiple years later. Seamless transfer and usage from Wallet to Wallet.

If you do find a good deal, you’ll lose 25% in fees rather buying or selling. It’s truly an unsustainable model for any serious investor or trader.

Great storage wallet
Love that I can keep all my tokens in this wallet, only issue is all the high fees, actually gross how much deductibles there are. Seems that on trades it takes more than you can see, numbers don’t add up in the fees and it seems to take more than what it shows

Suggested feature: cronos pos chain for ledger connect and enable cronos bridge for ledger wallets
New review: Instantly saw that ledger connect was supported jumped on that to look at it loved that swapping on cronos evm was enabled and ready to go with the other evm chains but i was bummed to see no support (hopefully yet in this case) for the cronos pos chain with the ledger connect option when you pair the bridging from the cronos pos to cronos evm and vis versa with ledger connect will make this wallet app one of a kind. Old review: No ledger connection. I will not be using this app till ledger connection comes to this wallet app.

Experience a "mining of ETH", they had promise of compounds interests, and now my funds are frozen for 15 days apparently. I'm investigating right now, but beware.
What happened
I just uploaded the new update & my wallet got cleaned out ? [logged back in 2 hours later = funds now available] I had been unable to connect the wallet to VVS, after the upload the new balance is just CRO Theoretically the funds should still be there, the activity log does not indicate any recent transfer Maybe I got hacked and they cleaned out the small amount in there during, or directly after, the upgrade ? Either way, turns out it was fortunate I kept the balance low — but what about retrieving my funds from DeFi ?

Missing eth and wallet
Started a cold storage wallet- moved ether to it, got a new handset and the wallet and all defi assets (eth) disappeared. Contacted support- more times than I can remember without being provided an explanation or reason for this happening. I’ve asked to be called, to be contacted regarding this matter but I keep seemingly having to deal with a response that doesn’t address any part of this problem. I’ve gone months trying to solve this with the support team with no headway. This isn’t a small issue- it was money for an engagement ring.

I like the wallet and it’s functions and crypto.com brand it feels safe. My issue is that when I read about it it stated that no transaction fees are taken if sending from crypto.com app to crypto.com DeFi wallet and visa Versa, but iv found that every transaction I have done from the app to the wallet and back again, it has taken some percentage of the tokens transferred!!!

15-SEP-2023 Ultimamente con ATOM sto avendo spesso problemi. Non rimette in stake le ricompense. Se clicchi per vedere l’operazione su MINTSCAN rimane bloccato. Accedendo a MINTSCAN da browser non risulta quello che la app aveva comunicato. Spero di riuscire a togliere gli ATOM visto che neanche revoca stake da segni di vita. A prescindere dagli ATOM in stake la cosa è particolarmente fastidiosa.

There is NO customer service or support for this app. The deposit function from your bank into the account is not working properly and there is nothing you can do about. I no longer trust this app with my money.

The Biggest scam app!
I lost $7,986 to this app in Dapps. Don’t ever download this app and don’t be fooled by Con-artist saying to trust them. They don’t tell you everything. The more money you make it will cost more money to pull out. A total Rip off! Customer service is a joke!!!!

Too many times I have opened the wallet and it doesn't show my full account balance, as if there is crypto missing. Today it still hasn’t shown one of my cryptos in there, it is very worrying. Im am sure it is a glitch as it has happened before, but in this game we all know we are a big target for hackers. I take all security measures but this app can give anxiety I don’t need!! Ledger Nano is the go
