Stay away
Trying to sell and receive my money but the app is asking for personal details such as an Id. The funny thing is that when it was for them to get my money they didn’t ask for anything!

Tried sending money to another wallet now the money is gone. I have 2 cases open via email and no response.

I wouldn't spend money on this app , as I've got money in there now , struggling to sell , withdraw my money , they amount of time and hours of read still haven't got my money.

Have been waiting over 24 hours for my money to get into MoonPay. Has been deducted from my bank account but not yet credited. What is happening?

The interface is good however some bug can fixed an be smoother will make it much more enjoyable especially when to buy and confirming transfers
Steals money
Scammers app does nothing but let you waste money couldn’t send to my own account but easily and ONLY send to the scammers pretending to business owners that I believe own this app don’t ever get this app let alone waste funds on it
Downloaded and deleted
This app asked me for my seed phrase straight after I downloaded it. AVOID!
Can’t withdraw
Have $800 in a wallet and can’t withdraw as no debit cards are supported with the app.
Don’t bother unless you want to donate MoonPay your money!
I’ve been very disappointed using MoonPay for over a year now, previously they mentioned not being able to sell your stock/btc when they first released so I tried to no avail and waited. Obviously you buy stocks like crypto, to sell once they rise in enough value. But, I have recently in the past few weeks tried to sell the bitcoin I bought over a year ago. And to no surprised with 5+ attempts at selling none of them worked. I reached out to MoonPays support system, and they decided to leave my ticket alone. This app is a scam and I will be following along trying to get back the money that was robbed from me. I will be taking legal action if I cannot get this resolved!
Don’t use
High fees and they make it impossible to sell crypto. Whenever I try to they say my card isn’t accepted.
Worst user experience

DODGY
As previously reported, every time you go to transfer your crypto to another wallet “send failed, please try again later” clearly they don’t care too much about fixing these errors so you shouldn’t care too much about doing business with them
Scam app, don’t use it!
Used Matamask to buy usdc in Australia then via Moonpay processing the card payment. After that USDC never into my wallet instead all staked ETH was stolen. Apparently Moonpay was the scammer.
