i do not think the world will embrace self custody crypto when in a 1st world country you get sleeved by fees on top of fees to self custody your own crypto.. its so expensive its in the hundreds of dollars easily if you are big investor. expect to pay fees for everything. selling buying swapping transferring crypto you will pay ecosystem fee network fee moonpay fee not to mention gas fee and its premium charges we are not talking cheap. except the gas fee which is totally a fee for using the network and its legit but the rest is not cool and should be much much better to make crypto currency adoptable worldwide.. all in all after having this app 2 years i am done and deleting this app. so many fees paid for self custody not to mention gas fees all that money could have been reinvested into other lucrative opportunities but instead moonpay sure did make a ton off me but not anymore i will check out other places and find one more reasonable! just in my opinion and good luck

Bitcoin.com has a public Wallet repository on GitHub, but the publicly available repository I found corresponds to a much older version of the wallet and does not appear to provide the source necessary to independently audit the current iOS application distributed through Apple’s App Store.
Hidden Fees
Truly the charges are outrageous you are shown one thing and then you receive less. There are hidden fees other than that the app itself is awesome. I shouldn’t complain because I am not a big fan of bitcoins. Husband loves it so it is his money not mine.
Expensive Fees
Purchased 800, received $699. They may be convenient but the fees are astronomical.

When I tried to log in it said to use my camera to see my face and the camera doesn’t even open on my phone please fix it

This is so much better than it’s ever been way better
Awful customer service.
Customer service is sorely lacking. Woman spoke in circles, I kept explaining why her instructions were impossible due to app error which was 100% why I was reaching out. She didn’t listen nor did she help in any way, just caused frustration. Moving to a different platform, my confidence for this app, after this experience AND the apps error which led to me seeking customer support, is nonexistent.

My USDT tokens are transferred to the Bitcoin Cash wallet and this doesn't allow me to transfer them to the BTC wallet. When i try the procedure it says “WalletBlockchainCore.BitcoinKitError error 3.” Help me if you have any solution

Absolutely garbage. Used this for a while no issues ever varified everything worked fine then all of a sudden it’s constantly having problems delayed processing delayed this you need to take this selfie that selfie verify you are you what are doing with your coin what’s your purpose. News flash I don’t need your permission to spend my money anyway I see fit. Better hope your legal team is really good.

Questa app permette di usare sia [Bitcoin core] btc che Bitcoin Cash Bch, io personalmente utilizzo per i miei pagamenti solo più Bitcoin Cash perché il Bitcoin core è diventato inutilizzabile a causa delle fee di transazione che superano i 20€. Avrei una domanda: Dato che con Bitcoin Cash non serve alzare le fee per far passare la transazione, è possibile impostarle manualmente? Ho provato a selezionare “super economiche” ma me le calcola l’app. Implementate questa modifica e darò 5stelle e continuerò a far installare questa app agli amici! Diffondete Bitcoin Cash!!! Pesce&Love!

Crazy wait time
You would think that having bitcoin wallet would make things easier. After purchasing my bit coins I had to wait 1 hour for it to appear in my wallet. PayPal did it instantly.

horrible, horrible fees and takes a long time
this is my last resort Wallet if the others aren’t working, it takes almost $100 in fees for just $300. Also takes a long time compared to the other apps to get the funds in your wallet. I was up until five in the morning, waiting for funds.
