Of ik blij ben, weet het nog niet. Inloggen bij lebara is onmogelijk. Al met al ben ik wel tevreden. Snel internet en goede ontvangst in NL. Beter dan bv Odido. En betete prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

I can’t finish my verification. I don’t even have a PIN yet but there is no way in the app to create an account.

Hello, cast per GB is very high, please download GB cast per because GB internet runs out very quickly.
Chat box design is not responsive
Chat box is working properly but the interface design is not responsive for Iphone 16 pro screen size. There is no below space to see typing bar. Full screen is not visible. In review there no option to upload the photo or screenshot other I would. Also, there no feature to see previous conversation with Lebara. Once i was chatting with someone and they told me to restart my phone and give update to that person. But when i restarted my phone, chat was gone. Where can I update them the issue is not solved yet. I had to start new conversation with other people and explain them again. It took too long.

First time customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not sure why all the negative posts?! I’ve found the process quick and painless. I’ve picked Lebara as I needed a cost effective, calling and texting only, on a separate number to sell items for an online store. Using the online website portal (NOT this app) I signed up for an eSIM. I followed each email, to provide needed info and was able to install the eSIM. The data side of things just worked immediately. The calling and txt did not work. I left it at least 8 hours to fully activate before calling the customer service on 126 122 from the same eSIM. Following the prompts for new customers, I quickly got talking to a Rep who fixed it up. The Rep was polite and committed to fixing my issue! It’s was literally 1 call resolution! Well done Lebara!
OTP Issue
Whenever i try to login, Lebara security otp never come on time in email. It takes hours to come. Worst network.
they charged me three times??
this app charged my card multiple times for no reason, i ran out of data and went to buy an extra 25gb and it charged me and still shown 0kb data and 0kb in data bank??
Great and easy to use
I have had Lebara for a month now and it’s amazing the only Issue I have is that the app doesn’t have live data tracking I got a message from Lebara saying that I ran out of data but The app said I still have 22GB data left could you guys please fix this.

Apart from whatever Money awards they win...you get REAL VALUE, REAL people on the phone, Vodaphone is from hell and they use that network but sooo much better. App is straight forward and if you need anything they answer straight and simple. Makes the rest of the telecoms industry look hairbrained! Great going Lebara please keep up the great work. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Can’t enter password
I can’t log in because the password text field triggers the numeric keyboard instead of the alphabetic one. I don’t see any way to change this. Please fix.

The worst app ever
If you can get another operator do it, always recharging is awful , it always rejects any payment method no matter how much I try, every time I go to recharge it is a storm I must do the process of adding my card more than 10 times so that at some point it finally accepts it
App Issue Unresolved
The app is great, in theory. The biggest downfall is that even if your phone is on silent mode, this app still makes notification sounds when you’re using it. Super annoying!
Poor value
$40 plan runs out of data every month and I need to spend more money. Poor network coverage using the vodaphone network There’s far better options out there that use the Telstra network which won’t go out of range in certain locations or have poor signal in many more. A phone should never run out of data when spending $40 per month on a pre paid sim
Scammer!
I waited 2 days to activate the SIM and it never worked eventhough they said it would be finished within 4-6 hours. Wasting money and time. Terrible service!
Too good good to be true
Left iinet !! to join this terrible internet provider.Drop outs , constantly having to restart devices. I notice that with all the negative reviews, no comment from Lebara ….. if something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t.
Unable to replace faulty SIM
I bought a Lebara SIM card from woolies and followed the instructions to activate it. However, the card is physically broken and everytime I inserted it into the phone, it is just shown as “SIM Failure”. I wanted to use the online Lebara service to replace the card, which was just terrible. The customer service is horrible too. I needed to complete a series of procedures to verify my identity, but after all these, the results just showed “SIM already activated” then I was unable to proceed anymore. This is ridiculous. If the instructions advised me to activate without inserting SIM, then how could the “already activated” reason hinder the replacement request?
Lebara app locked to App Store region
I have a UK phone number through Lebara (I live there) but can’t download the app, because I’m in the Australian App Store. and this is unlikely to change (I have my reasons). I can get various other UK apps, why not Lebara?
Poor Communication, Missing Features & Abrupt Service Blocking
I suddenly faced call barring and mobile data issues without any prior email or text or app notification. My services were blocked out of the blue due to an address update requirement from ACMA, which I wasn’t informed about. This caused major inconvenience, as mobile coverage is essential for daily activities. What’s even more disappointing is that there’s no option to update the address in the Lebara app. As customers, how are we supposed to know this is a web-only feature when almost every essential service today is managed through mobile apps? Modern apps are rich in features, and if Lebara couldn’t provide this natively, they could have at least added section with proper information and simple open web view so users could complete the update easily. For such a critical feature, they failed to provide an option for customers and instead blocked services without warning—an immature approach that needs immediate improvement. I appreciate the resolution after contacting customer care, but the lack of proper communication was frustrating.
