Add a chat option and Id like to see more in depth analysis on this app like make it more fun and interactive for people to use so far its good though so keep it up im having a hard time communicating with the worrydoll and on top of that she doesn’t have memory like that for me to say what I want theres like a cap
App not usable-this worried me…
Looks excellent, I want to try it out but can’t progress past answering the Why Are You Here Today questions at the very start. There’s no Next button and I’m just stuck looking at the responses I ticked, can’t do anything else really. 🤷♀️😳
Worried for the direction of the app
I’ve had this app since its inception in 2019, since moving to IOS i’ve come to know of the developers port here. While the core features are not lost and the overall mission statement is still the same. I don’t know if i’m comfortable with the idea of this app as a service. the features being added while nice i feel impact the simplicity of what the app used to be before the large overhaul. I understand that the dev as an individual deserves compensation and i hope he can provide for himself financially. I would appreciate a classic or lite version that’s completely free of the payment and account enabled options going back to the completely offline experience it once was.

Me, I have severe anxiety and always worries, but worry dolls made it easier for me, I learned to express my feelings easier, to tell someone and give someone a little of the weight that I'm handling. It really helps,do recommend
为什么会莫名其妙吞掉内容
每次写好多内容，可是自己再回过头看的时候就会发现后面好多的内容都被吞掉丢失了，反正显示的不是自己当初写的全部的完整的内容。之前以为是过去的内容只显示部分内容，完整内容需要会员解锁什么的，知道我刚写完一个转头回去看的时候，后面的内容就没有看不到了，变成了省略号，不知道这到底是在干嘛，自己写的内容自己都看不见。

My CAHMS woman showed me this and it is just alright. You get to record when you worry it and it gets sent to the doll. I cannot access the subscription which is 1.99/month.

I’m so grateful I found this app, where I can relax, and release all my emotions and thoughts to get this heavy weight off my back and chest. I’m happy I actually have dolls to keep my worries safe and sound from other people. The app and these dolls are now just like my family and only ones I would want to hug or cry with.

Like the idea
I’m and adult with ASD and depression and I think the idea hits on something really useful. I gave less stars because for an app charging 1.99 pcm, it needs to be better. why can’t you choose a wider variety of worry dolls, dress style and customisable , add some more metrics keeping the original look. For the money it needs work. Link out to some carefully planned resources. Improve but keep simplicity of idea. Future development would be adding a community board, safe space to comment. Finally.. instead of the dolls appearing in one long line the page zooms out and they are all together like a family of worry dolls. I can move around and select one.

Insensitive
Didn’t know that they put a paywall behind you past worries and transferring them from a different phone. That’s genuinely insane, I’ve used this app ever since I was in high school and it helped me through so much. I just got a new phone and unbeknownst to me there’s a paywall to transfer my active and past worries. It should just be connected to an account😐 the other whole point of the dolls itself is to see what password you had and what the outcome actually was if there was one. This is insulting. Very disappointed in what was such a good app before.

the ‘because’ ruins it. “i am worried because” is a bad prompt, it should be “im worried about” or “im worried that”. they dont even fit the worries on the screen
got rid of worry i wrote.
i like this app, but after writing basically a whole essay i accidentally hit the camera and once i exited the screen asking me to pay or whatever it deleted everything i wrote.
This is great but just some things
This app is great but I would like to add some stuff, first most of the good and actually cool stuff is premium and I don’t really think that is fair for other people who cant afford it. 2nd I think you should add events like for this month you could add a Xmas event for Halloween you could add a event for that too, another thing you should add is to customize you Worrydoll’s clothes because we can already customize the whole worrydoll so why not be able to change the clothes, to change the clothes it could be free. These are just my opinions dont take them to the heart but this game over all is great!
Deletion of data
I used to love this app and write down all my anxieties, the best part was coming back to them years later and reminiscing on how I used to feel and how much I’ve overcome them. Now I’ve come back to the app, completely changed, all my data’s deleted and I have to pay money just to have an account? I don’t care if it’s apart of your new polices deleting all of our worries and memorable stories because of “inactivity” is ridiculous and contradicts the entire point of this app. So disappointing to come on and see everything deleted just because I hadn’t opened the app in awhile.

I only get boy dolls now. Never girls.
I really enjoyed my mix of girl and boy dolls. But the last 10 have been boys. No girls. I wish I could choose this myself. I would have given 5 stars but am paying each month and this isn’t okay. I’ve had this app for a few years and have loved it but this is frustrating. I associate with the girl dolls I guess although I’m happy with an equal mix.

Amazing! But…
This app is amazing, but I should have more space to write things. I can only write a little about my worry and then when I place the worry doll it doesn’t show my full typed out worry. Also I think we should be able to have some free characters to change it up for the people who cant pay at the moment to get all the premium advantages. But other than that I love I can get things off my chest!

It doesn’t help much..
It’s a really good app!!
You can write down your worries and it would be with the dolls. Then after the worry is over, you can tell the dolls the outcome which is helpful in that not all worries turn into bad outcomes. The dolls may have “bland” responses but they’re there so that your worry is with them. The character limit is annoying, however, I found a way around this. Just type your worry simplified and then after that, click on the doll and click “tell more” and you can rant as much as you want!! Edit: I'm using this 6/14/25 and when I go to my finished worries, I have a hard time swiping through them. When I try to swipe to the right, the dolls would bounce back and I'm able to continue forward to read my old dolls. Please fix this!! 😭

Almost there
I really love giving these dolls my worries. But I hate the character limit and how it freezes up. It really stops me from saying why I worry. I also feel like it’s hard to do other things on the app because everything else you have to pay for like the days you worry. I feel that would be more helpful to me and for why I worry so much those days. I think it would be cool to also have like a sticker pack of the dolls so I could send them to people.

Why pay for a vent app?
Very good for small vents and worries, but I think it’s absolutely crazy that you have to pay for more stickers and designs for your doll. It shouldn’t be about the doll but the person. Why would you make them pay for more dolls to worry on, more limits when making a worry and to make voice notes + pictures. Don’t make a child pay for their worries, it’s wrong.
Truly a blessing
Some people used to write letters and burn them, this is that but on the go and time tracked with dates and even has a password option for security.
Please don't make me pay so much money
I love how I can tell how I feel but there is a limit and I would like it to not have a limit. But you also have to pay money to be special to the app because there is a thing that that are doing that you have to pay for. And if the person that made this app is hearing this please fix it or else I will delete this app and if you are about to download this please be careful because it can trick you that you aren't paying nothing but you actually are.
Love it, but maybe autocorrect?
I use my worry dolls quite a lot. I have many on the go and they are really helpful to work through the worries and concerns I have. I like the prompts it gives you when you are finished with a worry and are able to reflect on it. One thing I find frustrating and actually adds to my anxiety is the lack of autocorrect when typing. I don’t like misspelt things in my entries and I don’t like the incorrect grammar of lowercase ‘I’ etc. but it means I have to go back and correct all my mistakes rather than it autocorrecting the spellings. It’s unusual to have an app that doesn’t do that and I’m not sure why it’s not standard on it.

Writing limit is too small
I love this app well, but i cannot always get my worry out without worrying more due to the limit of words i can have my doll worry. There is an excessive amount of the word ‘worry’ in that paragraph above, but i think i have stressed the need enough. Please fix this if you can.

I saw this app on a tiktok for stress free but all the dolls say is “now this worry is safe with me” like what?? How does that comfort me???? This doesn’t help me at all!!!!
Great app! just one improvement to be made
This is a great app, and from someone who worries a lot, it’s good to look back at your old worries and think “why would i worry that!?” However, i so wish they would talk to you using AI and maybe tell you how to feel better not just: “now this worry is safe with me” Overall, i think this is a great app just a few twigs could be made however i enjoy it a lot :)

Good idea but not for users using Zoom
I really wanted to like this, but a) if you used the Zoomed display option on iPhone the app is not usable, b) you can’t edit anything you write if you are not happy with how you worded something or make a typo, c) if your worry is too long it will cover up the doll and look really messy. Needs some fine tuning to work for me! If these things are fixed I will definitely come back to it.
hidden gem
okay, i was looking for easy wholesome apps to download, and stumbled across Worry Dolls. i have had it for a few weeks now and wow! the graphics are rlly cute and its helpful to get out my anxiety inducing thoughts without telling real people how i feel! ill keep my review short and sweet so overall this app is a 8.5/10!

very nice
i like the concept i don’t like sharing things with people but also can’t get myself to keep a diary this feels like a solid in between. i do wish the limit was a bit bigger or at least that it would be easier to edit because for me once i hit the limit i can’t click backspace so whatever i was writing ends up cut off.
My personal opinion
As a child with major anxiety and negative thoughts about myself I thought this game would be therapeutic in a way. But honestly it just makes me think about my worries more. If I write something down that’s floating around in my head all it does is puts my worry underneath a doll. Although I’m aware the app is supposed to do this, it could do something more and try to support me with just a few words. The game also gives you the option to talk to the dolls with the worries you have listed but when I talk I begin flooding with tears and write a whole paragraph for the doll to just say I will remember that. I know it just sounds like I’m complaining but for me personally it doesn’t do it’s job entirely well. The game also adds another worry to my mind which is if my mum finds it but the app offers a password feature which is good. I doubt anyone will read this. Sorry for the long paragraphs if u did.
