Annual fees for cards, really! You pay thousands for marketing but can wave annual fee for cards. Don’t take physical card.

The new app takes too long to transfer the funds to pakistan, with the previous app the funds was getting transferred in 10 seconds, please bfc team try to fix the issues and make it more faster. So far I enjoy this app , it’s safe and convenient. Thanks

Recently i have encountered a issue with the app when i am trying to send the money and go to the beneficiary page my amount becomes 1BD automatically and i have made several complaints on the chat about a month now and they had no ideas how to solve it just keep asking to share details and after nothing happened…..

Huge disappointment
This app gets worse with every update, it takes time to add beneficiaries, the new update made me delete them in order to recreate them and it gives error after error and customer service is bad.
No real alternative in Bahrain
It works. Reduce one star because the UI needs improvement and adding beneficiaries could be easier.
Issue with Rewards
Since the beginning of the app ive been faceing this issue whenever i whana scratch the voucher it just logs out of the app please do solve this bug
Menu set up is an utter shambles
The system “purpose of payment” menu is not a user-friendly. I did tell your staff in person as well as wrote to you many times to modify your submenu as to show the listed purposes in alphabetical order instead of a haphazard one. One has to scroll so many pages in order to select the correct purpose. It is very frustrating and a waste of time

Latest update renders the app useless - can’t login, if you’re ever successful at getting in, everything then encounters an issue. Guess it’s a return to the branches filled with bad service 😫

Not world class
Unreliable, buggy and overall UX is unrefined. I was trying to create a KSA beneficiary and it kept giving me ‘internal server error’. I must have tried 10 times going through all the information entry only to get this error repeatedly. I later found out they had temporarily suspended KSA transfers! Why didn’t the app stop me each time I selected KSA as beneficiary country?? Why did it make me go through all the painful entry? And what sense does ‘internal server error’ make. This points to very poor UX quality standards and release control. Also, the BFC app locks each time you swap to another screen to look up or copy an IBAN. Simply ridiculous in the name of ‘security’.

Not able to pay the school fees (New Millennium). The field “PERIOD” doesn’t work and hence one cannot proceed with the completion of payment.

You may get dressed & visit a bfc store better for you from wasting 2 hours trying to make it work & it keeps giving you an error after an error!! So disappointed!
Useful but can be better
This app is great for sending money and as a wallet. Five stars for that! But falls short when using it to pay credit card bills. Why? Because you cannot save your card information to repeat the transaction next month. You have to manually type in all the details.. every single time.. which is cumbersome. Please add that feature in the next update!

They not response properly after sending online money of money not credited .they will ask to check our bank .not response properly same like UAE exchange 😢😢

I have downloaded the app this morning , kyc is been submitted , after it’s asking to enter details like purpose of app and where did you hear , after entering those detials , it’s keep crashing , I couldn’t login

Disaster application
The new updated version deleted all the personal information and never allow me to update my account and even not save the new information entered . I called the customer service to solve the issue but they are useless, unable to help. Be careful with this application they will take your personal information but you will not gain any services from them.
