Very Disappointing Experience
Poor customer service. They don’t try to solve issues or provide proper support. The app feels misleading — it showed me an amount to pay to clear my balance, I paid it, then suddenly more charges appeared. Very disappointing experience.
Bahraini only.
This app will NOT work for non Bahraini folks. Not even for residents with valid CPR. Try back later.

Tried to sign up, did eKYC with eKey 2.0, did a video a selfie, got redirected to Bede, and then it asks me to do eKey 2.0 again. I’m stuck in this loop.
ID won’t scan
Can’t just scan back id. ID scanning not working at all.

Hi Thank you for creating this app, not really sure what’s with me registering new user and the issue that I faced my CPR which I tried to scan of the back side of it. It’s not able to click no wonder why. Front went well but not the back side. Please guide if I sound fool. Sorry and appreciate in advance. Thank you once again.

Over-promising and under-delivering. Ads everywhere promise fast approval and loans within an hour, but after applying I was simply told I’m not eligible. Very misleading
