The App keeps crashing, updates take a long time, I kept deleting and downloading multiple times with no use. Nothing changed so frustrating.

مزايا رائعة ولكن ينقصه السرعة وتقليل طلب الرقم السري (قفل الهاتف) ويوجد مشكله في ارسال الاموال الى ارقام الهواتف لانه مو الكل تقدر تطرش ليه حتى لو كان عنده بنفت على نفس الرقم

Needs better improvement for Branch and ATM Access, Plus Unfair Low-Balance Fees
“I’ve been banking with Al Salam Bank in Bahrain, but there are a few issues that stand out. Firstly, the bank has a limited number of branches, making it inconvenient to find a nearby location when needed. On top of that, Al Salam Bank seems to have the fewest ATMs around major shopping malls and districts, which adds to the inconvenience when trying to access cash. Another concern is the one-dinar charge applied whenever my balance drops below a certain amount. This fee feels unfair, especially when it’s difficult to avoid during tight months. I hope the bank can consider addressing these issues to provide a more accessible and user-friendly experience.” Best regards Isa

Worse Banking Experience
This is by far one of the most frustrating banking apps I’ve ever used. Every update logs me out and forces me to complete KYC from scratch, including uploading my CPR as if I’ve never had an account. It’s ridiculous that existing customers have to keep repeating identity verification because of an app update. A bank should prioritize security and usability not punish customers every time a new version is released. If this isn’t fixed, I seriously can’t recommend this app to anyone.

The App does not work half of the time I access. There is a serious problem that Al Salam Bank guys must sort out. Also in order to make it very good and all encompassing, the App ends up being confusing. It should stick to the purpose it is make for. Not jack of all trades and offer everything under the sun. Keep it simple is my request.

Used it fine for months. Now while traveling, it wants me to scan my CPR again for some reason as if I’m a new customer. Annoying and extremely inconvenient. Bad user experience.

Best bank
Couldnt even access the app
After signing for an account on the app and after almost 5 days of no response or confirmation , i check with the bank for them to tell me that i dont have a new account application. After getting my accounts by visiting the branch , i wanted to access the app and after following all the steps i got to the part where i had to put in the otp and for 3 hours i didnt get the otp and couldnt complete the sign up to access my account through the app.
