Bugs
The app doesn’t show all of the financial, cards and payments information most of the times, I have one credit card that I pay for through the app every month but it doesn’t show in my cards tab, also I have a finance account that used to show in previous versions but not any more besides the lagging when switching between pages

Bad app
Your app is so bad every time I have to log in by typing the password although the password is saved but the app says it’s incorrect and I have to wait for a message to confirm because for some reason the Face ID doesn’t work also. And also I made a PayPal account in the app and I can’t use it because it always says error. FIX YOUR APP

Corporate access looks broken, are you aware of it ?

في حال التحويل الدولي واختيار تصنيف الغرض (شخصي) ثم خانه الهدف من التحويل يجب اختيار الهدف لا يوجد خيار ( حساب شخصي) أو (خيار "اخرى" للكتابة) الخيارات محصورة فقط في: رواتب - مساهمات خيرية - الدعم الأسري - شراء عقارات المقيمين للعقارات بالخارج- شراء غير المقيمين عقارات داخل الدولة.

Had the issue that the app was not launching after the latest update, but now it is running smoothly after uninstalling it completely and install it back on

For scanning the passport documents the app doesn’t automatically capture the passport photo.

The app is not even starting, and if it happens to start then all I get is a screen with code.
Great app but UI breaks
For sure you guys have come a long way and some features are absolutely great and thoughtful The problem I am having is the UI is broken for iPhone 14pro max. The. Menu options at the bottom of the screen are now inoperable like payments transfer. This has been the case for sometime and recently it has gotten worse. Hope you can fix this quickly
The app has come a long way
The first version was a total flop. But this bank is determined to make things better. As of 2021, the app is quite solid, feels snappy and is very stable. I only wish third party app authentication was an option. Like Google Auth or Due. I travel frequently and my Bahraini phone line won’t be necessarily functioning to recieve OTPs over SMS. Besides, SMS authentication is less secure due to the possibility of “Sim Jacking”. Other than that, this is one of the best Banking apps in Bahrain.

App is not loading!
I’ve been using BIsB app since when it first released and I’m not disappointed! Managing cash has never been easier. However, recently I’ve been trying to log in the app but it’s taking ages! Please update!
Bug
There’s a bug at updating credit card limit screen. I can’t send a request after uploading document, the CTA goes below the scrolling limit. Also, what to be uploaded is not clarified but I’m assuming it should be a salary certificate..

It keep showing Msg passport is expired while its not 😒

There is no option to upload CPR in the app

The app design is good but it takes time for open any items too slowly...

Not only first app, but best app by far in terms of functionality and customer centricity. Simply superb.

Gr8 mobile banking
Great mobile banking with it had no issues except sometimes it log off while processing transaction sometime and recent update it takes ages for the app to transfer to the log in page
Transactions Notifications
Please make transactions notifications possible along with the SMS notifications. Sometimes we don’t have signal coverage or we don’t use the same SIM card while abroad to receive SMSs but we have Internet data or WiFi to receive the notifications through the app. Thank you

Love the app. Very user friendly and easy to use. Has all the features you can expect from a mobile banking app.
Application has bugs all the time
Ive been trying to use the application for now almost two weeks. It never opened with me. I dunno the issue is from the app itself or my phone although all other apps in my phone works perfectly.

VERY SLOW
The application is very useful. However, the interface is so heavy (it must be smoother) and it’s very slow in loading pages and sending SMS and email confirmation (I had to wait more than 5 minutes sometimes).
