صعوبة كبيرة في التسجيل
حاولت اكثر من مرة تصوير بطاقة الهوية الوطنية عن طريق كاميرا الهاتف ولم يتم ذلك حيث يظهر ان الصورة غير واضحة لدى التطبيق ولمدة 3 ايام الان والعديد من المحاولات لم تنجح للتسجيل بسبب عدم القدرة على تصوير الهوية علما اني مواطن سعودي ارغب في الاستفادة من امكانيات التطبيق

New model CPR is not detecting by the app
This issue has been a nightmare! I'm trying to register for the BenefitPay app, but I keep getting an error that my CPR number doesn't match my bank account. The app says, "The extracted cpr from id is different than the one in your bank accounts." I've already reached out to support and they told me I need to come in person to resolve it, which I can't do due to my work schedule. Why can't I just send the documents via email or upload them online? This needs to be resolved remotely. It's incredibly frustrating and I'm stuck until I can figure out a way around this.
