Absolute junk and scam
I tried this app because it offered much lower interest rates for personal financing when compared to other competitors, and not only the experience was horrible in the app and full of bugs, but also it charged me for the service fees of 110 BHD in advance and later told me that they cannot proceed with the approval nor they’ll refund the paid fees!

app is smooth and good very easy to use and straightforward, the only issue is i keep getting error when trying to add bank information
Could be better
It would be helpful to have the option to pay for multiple months at once like other apps , and clear visibility on how many month have been paid and how many left , and also once you pay earlier than due date the app wont update it directly so it can get confusing, it would be easier to show us how much remaining and able to pay multiple months or pay all option

It was very good at first when they let u get buy now and pay later’ ones u finish the first and try to get second time they can’t approve’ I don’t know why? Plz try to be more good like ya the begging

No one is assisting you they are rude also only contacting by whatsapp & waiting is super long to talk to them .. ending conversation without letting you to explain your issue super bad service better to go for other app

This app doesn’t work I have tried to use it several times it just keeps giving me a signup error. It’s been updating itself but still gives me the same issue over and over again tried to tell this to the agents but they keep saying wait 2 hours and try again. I’ve been trying I’m even giving up

Worst app and customer service lowest of the low
I want to take a personal loan from the start my issue was linking Al Salam bank with the app and i tired and once i got to the customer service i noticed that they have mental disabilities to understand the issue im facing they are programmed on one thing thats send 3 months statement and when it done and i tell the i have the same issue and they will again tell you about the 3 salary statement. I have been running trying to get in contact with someone who can help me fix my issue and provide a real good service and support but with fail due to their lack of knowledge or understanding as i have proof of chats with the customer service and you can check the status and no calls to understand whats going on its only by email and you have to wait till you get a response

The process is very complex to sign up and the amount of times you have to go to a third party outside the app and it gets stuck without moving forward I had to abandon the sign up
