A Perfect Pizza Experience – Outstanding Taste, Variety & Service! 🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely amazing experience at Papa Johns! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with high-quality ingredients. I also love the wide variety of pizzas and sides on the menu—there’s something for everyone, whether you like classic favorites or want to try something new. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for delicious pizza, excellent customer service, and plenty of tasty options to choose from, Papa Johns is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
No
Es triste ver qué hay gente que viene por Auron, que asco jajaja Y si, no es sencillo ordenar
Pizza is best but the app lacks a lot
This is worst delivery app I have ever scene in my life. No customer care, no track, no delivery time estimation which is accurate. The pizza is one of the best pizzas in dubai
Perfect experience
Amazing pizza! Fresh ingredients, great taste, and quick delivery. One of the best pizza experiences in UAE😍
After update
Making such not normal update with rewards Why I need to look always for papajohnes to get platinum membership to redeem pizza or point Bronze status has only dry bread for reward Can you go use your points with you rules Deleting the app immediately
Recommend!!
the experience was honestly super smooth 🍕 The deals were easy to find, ordering took just a few minutes, and the pizzas arrived fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. Definitely worth it for a cozy pizza night with friends or family.
Perfect app
I’ve been using the Papa John’s app for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the easiest food ordering apps out there. The interface is super clean and simple to navigate, and customizing pizzas is quick and fun. I really like how you can track your order in real time—it makes the whole experience feel smooth and reliable
Cold food
Papa johns pizza lately was not good at all food it comes cold and and delivery late and they are not generous with sauce at all specially the ranch chicken pizza
Application
Good experience and easy use to use
Rewards
It’s really good to have rewards
App not good with no proper status of delivery
The app shows item is out for delivery but after long time again enquiring shows the order is not even moved out of the store. App is giving false information on the map showing the rider is on the way but it’s false as the order has not even picked by rider. App fools the customer with inappropriate status on the delivery which is very bad.
Amazing app
Love the app , good options & functions .
Best app
The new ranch range is mouth watering and always fulling my expectations Thank you papa
Points not recoverable
I used this app earlier and accumulated some points. Now when installing the app on a new phone, I am told that I will receive an email and follow the instructions in it. No such email ever arrives so cannot recover the points. Will not use this app again.
Good, just needs order tracking
Works well, but there is no way to see the progress of an order once made, even an ETA for delivery time. This is more or less standard in delivery apps now. Even having the order time on the history would be an improvement so you could estimate it yourself.
Amazing
Delicious pizza and chicken wings.
Dont bother downloading
It is better if you order through call or another food application because when i ordered using their app food has not been delivered and its been over 1 hour and customer care and support on whatsapp is useless. Disappointing and really bad service
doesn’t deliver to may area university city shj
great app otherwise, clean, user friendly. quite surprisingly good. i’m actually excited to gain n use my points
SO CONVENIENT & ALWAYS DELICIOUS
I love using the Papa John’s app, it’s super easy to navigate, customize my pizza just how I like it, and track my order in real time. The deals and rewards are a nice bonus too! My orders are always hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. Definitely one of the best food apps out there. Highly recommend if you’re a pizza lover!
Really bad app
It looks really suspicious to me
Quality
Great service and authentic pizza
Scam - avoid the app . Use only the known delivery apps
Scam - - avoid the app . Use only the known delivery apps in UAE. Placed my order, they charged my card, after 2 hours still no pizza delivered yet. I Called customer service to follow up two times, the staff had no way to search your order and doesn’t offer any way to reimburse or actually deliver your food. They just claim someone will call you back which never happens.
Easy to use
Love this app nice and easy to use very good deal there is always a deal
Trash
You guys are trash, the pizza is 🤮🤢. I think u should learn to make pizzas
Papa John’s Al Barsha
What a great quality at such a great price. We enjoyed the food and the convenience of ordering through the app. We were in the mall when we ordered on the app. Before we could reach the papa john’s outlet, we got notified of the order awaiting pick up. Great job! We enjoyed the food thoroughly.
Needs more improvements
App is not up to present requirements. Lot of bugs and no tracking facility. Mobile apps allows scheduled delivery but restaurant delivers as they wish.
